A short walk away you will find the South Dartmoor Steam Railway giving you a unique travel experience to Paignton. You can easily catch the car and passenger ferry to the historic maritime town of Dartmouth where you will find an array of boutique bars, shops, award winning restaurants and cafes, nestled within the bustling Marina.
Ravenswell is a truly magnificent property with unrivalled views that makes for the perfect retreat for families, generations, friends and milestone celebrations. It is also a great location for walking, paddle boarding, kayaking and wild swimming.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
