Set back from the main town centre is a modern, stylish and delightful terrace house called Drum House. Drum House is the perfect base for a friends or family holiday, it's well equipped with spacious kitchen/diner and living room great for the whole group. It's has 3 bedrooms suitable for 6 people with 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and a twin bedroom, there is also a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Catering for all the whole group! The location of the property is great, it's only short driving distances to the other main towns in the area such as Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes, Brixham, Paignton and Torquay. There's so much to do 1 week isn't enough! Catch the many boat trips, ride the paddle steamer, walk the coastal walks to the beach, hire a kayak and kayak down the river, the list is endless. South Devon has so much to offer each time you visit.

Rooms:  Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Lounge. Second Floor: Shower Room, Family bathroom, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3. Third Floor: Master Bedroom and Ensuite. 
Kitchen & Utilities:  Range style cooker with five gas ring hobs and double electric oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Bluetooth/DAB radio. 
Entertainment:  Wall mounted Flat Screen TV with Freeview in the lounge, wall mounted TV/DVD combi in the Master Bedroom. 
Parking:  Annual ticket provided for town car park  (this works on a first come first serve basis).   Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride at the top of Dartmouth opposite Sainsburys. 
General:  Wifi Provided. Heating and Electricity is included in the rent. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay ( Please bring your own beach towels).
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes:  No Smoking.  Please be aware this property is set over 4 floors therefore, we feel this property is not suitable for infants or toddlers. Baby friendly equipment is not supplied for the above reason.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.
