- 6 posti letto in un letto king size e queen size, la regina può dividere in 2 letti singoli. Camera mansardata con divano letto matrimoniale di qualità. La camera matrimoniale è ensuite e la regina ha il bagno di famiglia adiacente. Nella mansarda all'ultimo piano, ci sono porte che si aprono su un balcone con posti a sedere / divano letto dove è possibile guardare il tramonto e le barche che passano. C'è una lavanderia al primo piano e una toilette aggiuntiva al piano terra. Questo è stato adattato come una stanza bagnata per le dita dei piedi sabbiose e le zampe fangose. La cucina al piano terra è completamente attrezzata con utensili, piano cottura a induzione, tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e congelatore. Si tratta di un piano aperto con sala da pranzo e soggiorno, che ha una stufa a legna e smart TV con lettore DVD. Sia il tavolo da pranzo che il tavolo da giardino possono ospitare fino a 6 persone. Il giardino è sul lato della casa lungo il percorso su alcuni gradini. Vista ininterrotta sul Dardo, con giardino e mobili da esterno. Soggiorni brevi benvenuti fuori stagione. Permesso di parcheggio organizzato per un veicolo nel parcheggio Dart Marina a pochi passi dalla proprietà e alcuni parcheggi possono essere disponibili. Possiamo organizzare un parcheggio aggiuntivo nel parcheggio, a pagamento. Un piccolo cane è il benvenuto, a pagamento. Dalla proprietà, puoi prendere il traghetto a soli cinque minuti a piedi da Dartmouth per i ristoranti e sia per boutique che per negozi come Jack Wills, Fat Face e Joules. Il traghetto ospita veicoli e passeggeri. Da qui puoi visitare il castello di Dartmouth, le splendide Blackpool Sands e la spiaggia di Slapton. Salcombe è a 30-40 minuti di auto, una posizione incantevole con un'altra proprietà del National Trust. Una gita in barca o il treno a vapore ti porterà a Greenway, Totnes o Paignton di Agatha Christie. Puoi anche visitare la pittoresca casa del National Trust Coleton Fishacre e fare più passeggiate costiere. C'è la possibilità di noleggiare canoe o stand-up paddle board e kayak sul fiume. Abbiamo anche banda larga superveloce e WiFi e biancheria sono inclusi. Portati gli asciugamani.

Great Stay

A very good property to stay in, good location, ferry handy to use to get access to Dartmouth, where most of cafes/restaurants are. Good walks, we did not need to use the car for 5 days !

Fantastic all round

Great property in the most excellent location. Close to everything. We parked the car on Friday night and didn't get back in it until we left on the Monday. Everything you need in the house and very comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying at the property which was accessible but not so much for the elderly and are immobile. Great views and a delightful property for a break. It was comfortable, clean and everything that you need. The summer house was a great addition. Thank you so much

Three times happy

A beautiful, relaxing stay between Christmas and New Year. The house was decorated just right. We've visited now during three seasons and each has proved wonderful. With crazy weather, it was terrific to have the ferries so close. I love going round the house looking at the pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings. The house was lovely and warm throughout the stay

Fabulous stay in a beautiful property/location

We had the most fantastic 3 night stay at Morocco House. The property was absolutely perfect for our needs, was so beautifully appointed and had everything we could possibly need. The property was spotless, the beds were very comfy, the garden was magical and the views from every aspect were glorious! It couldn't have been more convenient for the ferry, too. We look forward to returning.

Morocco House

This house was fantastic for our family holiday. It was very clean and had lovely furnishings and decor. The location was perfect with superb views from every window. We only used the care twice during our stay. We would definitely book this house again. The only consideration is access to the property as there are steps to it but once you get up the steps the views are amazing.

Fabulous

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need. The location is really convenient for the parking and the ferries across to Dartmouth, although there are quite a few steps involved. Wendy the host was very helpful and the level of information supplied was excellent. Overall we had a lovely stay in this wonderful house and would recommend it whole heartedly.

Awesome Holiday

We loved the location, overlooking Dartmouth which is stunning day and night. Take care with any Google directions and just stick to the main road. Avoid coming off the main road via Higher Street, alongside The Ship Inn - as we did! Accommodation is perfect and the ferry just a short walk away takes you straight into Dartmouth.

Wonderful Break

Fantastic property looking across the Dart to Dartmouth. 25 second walk to either passenger ferry or ‘lower’ car ferry. Very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could wish for. Such good communications and particularly helpful sorting out car parking tickets for us in advance of our arrival. I cannot recommend this enough.

A Great Stay

A wonderful property with stunning views. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Good communication with Wendy for check in. Easy access to Dartmouth on the ferry 30 seconds from the doorstep. Got to know alot of the local business owners at the coffee shop, post office, cafe, Italian wine bar and The Ship Inn, all very friendly and welcoming. A great walk behind the house through the woods and along the coast. Would definitely hope to return. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place.

Every member of our six strong party thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Morocco house. The location was perfect with easy access to the ferry and everything else the area has to offer. The house was spotless and we all agreed we would love to return.

A fabulous place to stay!

We were looking for a quality property and Morocco House did not disappoint. The house is beautifully kept, we had everything we needed; we were very comfortable. The views across to Dartmouth and beyond from every window are stunning. The location is perfect, just down the steps to the little ferry and the railway station. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Simply Stunning

We had a lovely stay at Morocco House. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Everything smelt new and fresh. There was everything available in the kitchen to suit our needs and we loved all of the little sea themed ornaments. A really well planned/thought out holiday home. We would definitely stay again. Really pretty location with stunning views from each bedroom.

What a gem!!

We've just spent the most wonderful week in Morocco House! Wendy was very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The views are amazing, with the added bonus of a little garden with garden room offering great views of the Dart. Needless to say we did a lot of eating outside! Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage!!

Stunning

A perfect retreat. Views to die for and the house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Ferry great fun and just down the steps from the house. You will not be disappointed if you book this property, we are already thinking of coming back. Absolutely loved it.

Great spot to stay

Much preferred being on this side of the ferry this time round, Kingswear is peaceful and you are able to walk the coastal paths with the dog and relax. The house is perfectly positioned for nipping across on the ferry for dinner and for nosying at all the boats and comings and goings. Great holiday

Excellent location

Very close to the ferry to Dartmouth which is cheap and shuttles back and forth. Lovely pubs and restaurants within walking or ferry distance plus lots of walks. We only used the car once to explore beaches further afield

Wonderful house - probably the best we’ve ever stayed in

A beautiful home with quality furnishings - we loved it! Excellent communication from the owner. We had a wonderful time exploring the area - the ferry makes trips back and forth to Dartford so easy. Be sure to visit the Seahorse restaurant and Kents Caverns - and a walk along the coastal path from the house offers some breathtaking views.

Stunning location

A beautiful ,elegant, house in a fantastic location. Close to great transport links to see the area. We even came home early one day just to enjoy the house and relax in the garden and soak up the amazing views. Outstanding views from all rooms especially the attic room at night. Lots of lovely touches and everything you need in the kitchen. You do need to be able to do stairs inside and out of the property though. A truly relaxing wonderful stay. We will be back. Thank you.
