From the moment you arrive, the property impresses with its elevated position and floor-to-ceiling glazing, maximising the ever-changing river and countryside views.



A standout feature is the electric blinds, which effortlessly open to reveal a breathtaking riverside panorama—bringing the outside in at the touch of a button. The first-floor open-plan living space forms the heart of the home, featuring a sleek kitchen with quartz worktops and high-end Bosch appliances, a generous dining area, and an elegant sitting room with a log-burning stove, Juliet balcony, and direct access to a glass-balustraded terrace—ideal for al fresco dining and sunset drinks.
