“This place was so disgusting. C"m or food on the blanket. Holes in the sheets. Used toilet paper roll on the counter. Freezing cold room. Very poorly fixed 4ft hole inthe ceiling. I have never stayed in a worse place ever!!!”

“I was injured and unable to check in but since I purchased cancellation insurance you would think it would be ok but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Turns out the money you spend on insurance is a total waste of time because they will find a way not to reimburse you. :( ”

“Nice clean, quiet room. Everything was in great condition. Despite it being right on Hwy 10 and not far from the train tracks, it wasn’t noisy at all. Great shower pressure and room amenities. The included breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast with lots of selection including hot items, and very good coffee. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. Lots of parking. Didn’t use the pool, but it appeared to be very popular with the young kids, so I would definitely recommend...

“The hotel surpassed our expectations ”

“Hotel was conveniently located, lots of parking out front. Rooms were clean, however bathroom consisted of only a toilet and bathtub which could use some updating. The sink and vanity were located in the room itself, which was odd and a little inconvenient if someone was getting ready while another was trying to sleep. All in all, was a decent stay for a few nights and would stay there again. ”

“Firstly there was no bar soap and I have dog and there was no wear to wash my hands. Secondly, on my way to the room there was chamber, made staff on both sides of my room (like a 5pm) not cool. 😞 …Staff at the front desk told me that there was lots of places to eat at the mall. I’ve been there before (Langley before) it like 630pm I to go to Earl’s. Lastly, very clean room & parking was stellar! I didn’t take part in the breakfast.”
