“Clean en suite bedrooms, cozy, and we had restful night. Electrical outlet not working so unable to use the electrical kettle to boil drinking water. Outlets are only for 2-prong cords. Be sure to bring your own adapter for 3-prong cords because the property does not have to lend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just alright. It will be great if they have American breakfast where bacon and sausage are options. It is walking distance to S&R, to the new NCCC, and to Philippine...

“When I am traveling in and close to Davao I will “always stay here” because of everything noted. Excellent people, clean cool room, always someone there to answer any question you may have, the grounds and the pool are always being cleaned and a descent breakfast.”

“Breakfast is great, especially the dilis and the chicken lumpia. It is Filipino breakfast but they have other options too. The room is clean. The AC however is not as cold as I want. But the staff are very polite and nice. Very accommodating. The location is everything. There is konichimart around the corner. I love their rice toppings. I would definitely go back there.”

“Decent room for the price but the WIFI is too SLOW. can't even reach inside the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade their wifi coz they are a hotel in the city center yet no wifi.”

“For that low price I found it amazing: comfortable, clean, quiet. The staff were so friendly. I had an early check-in at 10:30 AM free if charge. The location: close to everything I needed, restaurants, ATM, shops, bike rental just in front.”

“The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.”

While it provides a wonderful setting for our stay, there are a few minor hiccups to be aware of. Sadly, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included, so make sure to pack your essentials. Additionally, if you need a workspace, you might need to get a bit creative, as there isn't a designated area for work, despite the presence of small bedside...
