2br Cozy Aesthetic Condominium Near Abreeza with Veranda

Our unit is located in the heart of Davao city. We are situated inside central business district but away from the noise and pollution. Just 3-5 mins to Abreeza mall, Victoria Plaza and Gmall. We are 10 mins away from Airport. Our place is accessible to establishments like 7/11, laundry, bakery, malls, parlors and pharmacies.

Our unit is complete and cozy with quality interior. Our beds are 100% memory foam and we have the best amenities you could ask for like 50mbps wifi, Netflix, veranda. Our unit has a very homy, cozy and has a unique taste of country and aesthetic combined but with the complete convenience of appliances. It is a 2 br unit but the price set up for 1-2pax which is only for 1 room. If you will be booking for 1-2 pax only, the booking reservation is only for the whole condo unit with only 1 room accessible.

However, if you prefer to book the 2 rooms, you need to book for 3-4pax so that both rooms are accessible. (1br if 2pax and 2br for 3-4pax) and you will be renting out the whole place no other reservations for your booked dates even if you book 1 room only.

We have a veranda, fronting the view of the basketball court and the ampi-theater. Our beds are 100% memory foam and our pillows are memory foam as well for your comfortability. Our bedsheets are our high quality and our comforters are guaranteed always clean and quality tested.

Each bedrooms has its own smart TV with netflix access as well.

Our kitchen have the complete amenities like refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, water heater, rice cooker, kitchen and cooking utensils.

The bathroom are shared between 2 rooms with shower heater.

The whole place is centralized and air conditioned but fans are also available for the guests to use.

We will be providing alcohol pump and spray (Greencross Ethyl 70%) for you to use during your stay since it is very important due to the increase height of positive cases of the new covid variant.

Each room has built in cabinets with hangers for your clothings. Slippers and towels are also available.

We can guarantee that the unit is deeply steamed sanitized and clean. All sheets that will be provided are washed and drycleaned using antibacterial laundry detergent and steamed afterwards. We value our guests as well as our cleaner's health that's why we need to make sure that safety for both guests and cleaners are prioritized.
