“Nice and accommodating our needs for an accessible room. Pool was bigger than most, but could use walk-in steps for kids and elderly. The breakfast was very limited; pancake machine was not working; no yogurt; no juice; no protein; no muffins left by 8:00am.”

“Staff didn’t seem interested in anything when checking in or out. On check out, the guy sitting there just sat in his chair and said “OK”. The parking situation is awful when it clearly could be covered!!!”

“This place was disgusting. Cracked wall, cracked shower but the worst was getting bit by bugs within a few minutes of sitting in the room. Left and went to a different hotel & they refused to give me a refund. All around the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.”

“This was by far the best residence inn we have stayed at. No perfume on carpet or on linens or bedding. I really appreciate the cleanliness and hospitality without harsh chemicals!”
