Welcome to our charming two-bedroom townhome, a gem that has been recently renovated to offer you the best in comfort and style. Nestled in the heart of Davenport, IA, our centrally located haven provides the perfect base for your stay in this vibrant city.

Situated in the heart of Davenport, you'll find yourself conveniently located near the city's best attractions, dining spots, and entertainment options.

This charming 2 bedroom home has 3 levels. Garage and washer/dryer in the basement. Bedrooms and bathroom located on the second floor.

Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival.

This unit is located just blocks from the 12 miles of bikepath to explore the QC!

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a large fee.

Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that your safety and comfort, the safety and comfort of our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Please do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.).

All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.

HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.

The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave.

This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.

Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.

The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website.

We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.

TRASH
Trash day is on Tuesday. Recycling pickup is every other week on Tuesday, typically on the 1st and 3rd weeks out of the month. Please bring cans to the back alley for pickup.

If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.

We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker.
Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.

Thanks for a pleasant stay

I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since it is a busy road. There was also quite a bit of trash left on the side of the house. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you

Bait and Switch

We rented this townhouse, but the host had a double booking and told us that the townhouse next door was similar. However, it was not. The oven didn't work. I had to communicate several times with the host and several days later they did bring a new oven. The other main issue was that the townhouse had mice. We thought that at first, the mouse turd was just a piece of dirt. However, when we came back from church, our bread had been chewed into and there was a piece taken out and pieces of bread on the counter. Then we noticed that there was mouse poop on the counter, kitchen table, kitchen floor and couch. I sent photos to the host and received no response. That night at 3am I heard scratching on my headboard and saw mouse poop in the tub. If the host asks you to stay at the other townhouse, decline their offer.
