Fees & Disclaimers:
- Optional pool/spa heating is available for $35 per day plus tax and must be requested 7 days prior to arrival.
Please Note: The spa is part of the pool system. Pool heat is required to heat the spa. Spa-only heating is not available. Pool heat must be paid to heat the spa
- BBQ rental is $50 (bring your own propane) or $80 with propane provided please contact management to arrange this.
- This is a self-catering home. A starter pack of supplies is provided for your first days but will need replenishment.
Waste Pickup:
We are pleased to offer valet trash service for your convenience. A member of our team will place your trash curbside the evening before collection and return the bin promptly after pickup, please ensure all trash is bagged and placed inside the night prior.
Important Information for HomeToGo and Whimstay Guests: Please note that a $100 linen deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. This deposit helps cover potential costs if linens are damaged, stained, or permanently soiled during your visit. The full deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided all linens are returned in good condition. Thank you for helping us keep our home and linens in great shape for all our guests!

By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
