Friday Bay Retreat With Beautiful Lake Views

Welcome to your perfect Lake Roosevelt getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable views. With large windows framing the sparkling lake, you’ll enjoy natural light and breathtaking scenery from sunrise to sunset.

The home features two cozy living areas—ideal for relaxing or entertaining—complete with a shuffleboard table and a Wii gaming console downstairs for added fun. With two full kitchens, meal prep is a breeze whether you're cooking for a crowd or just enjoying a quiet breakfast with a view.

Step outside to expansive deck and patio spaces overlooking the water, outfitted with a large barbecue and plenty of patio furniture for lounging, dining, or gathering around the fire table under the stars.

You're just a short walk from a scenic trailhead that leads directly to the lake, making it easy to spend your days swimming, boating, or exploring the shoreline. There's even parking available for a truck and trailer, so feel free to bring your boat or outdoor toys. The home is conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the Seven Bays Marina, making it easy to enjoy all your favorite lake activities.

With 4 Wi-Fi-enabled TVs throughout the home and plenty of room to spread out, this lakeside gem has everything you need for a relaxing, memory-making stay.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign a rental agreement and complete an online check-in form prior to their stay.
Noise: Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping music and noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10:00PM to 7:00AM).
Toilets: Only flush toilet paper—do not flush any other items down the toilet.
Pets: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A fine will be issued for any pet waste left on the property. Pets must remain on a leash when off the property.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked entirely on the gravel portion of the property, as per HOA regulations.
Travel Trailers and Motorhomes: Recreational travel trailers or motorhomes are not available for this property.

Stunning property

Our group had the best time visiting this home. The water was high when we were there, but the boating was great. The place has public spots for boats. The walk up from the beach is not ADA, it the Seven Bays boat launch is and a close drive. The house had everything we needed. The coffee was great with the Ninja 2, which takes Keurig pods. The beds were great. Everyone including the kids complimented the comfort. The furniture and decor was gorgeous. We all loved the ease of Wi-fi and sharing to the TV for music in the upstairs living room. The porch sitting was unmatched. Even on hot days we had perfect sunsets.
Driveway had so much great space for our boat. Also the sunset 😍
