“The Davenport Motel is now my go to place when Im traveling in the Spokane area.I dont mind driving 25 miles off I-90 to stay here because its clean quiet,theres a safeway across the street its one of those places off the beaten path that you just enjoy.The owners are fabulous.So if you want a quiet place where you can sleep for less than $100 a night this is the place.It only has 6-7 rooms so you might wanna book the room early.”

“Very nice place. Awesome to have a full house basically for an affordable price. Seemed way more private than a normal hotel. We were able to have fun and didnt feel as worried about bothering our neighbors.”

“We enjoyed the hotel accommodations. It was quiet in the hotel even though it was part of the casino. Downside was having to walk through the smoking area of the casino to get to/from the concert venue from the hotel. It was raining and we didn't want to walk all the way around the outside of the complex to get to the concert. Overall a really nice casino and hotel.”

“The location is quiet and serene as listed. Perfect location. The house is very clean and well appointed and supplied. We were very disappointed in the landscaping maintenance. Or lack of. The weeds were as tall as the peonies and rose bushes. The weeds in all the landscaping was horrific. The lack of maintenance on the boat dock steps need attention. The sandy beach area was overrun with prickly pokey weeds. Our grandchildren had a great time playing in the lovely green grass and the...
