This three bedroom pool home features a master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to make you and your family or friends a nourishing breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day, whether it be to one of the wonderful theme parks or one of the several retail outlets or shopping malls just minutes from this home.

A fully equipped kitchen is available when you don't feel like getting ready to eat out, you can enjoy the privacy and convenience of your own home. Also a comfortable family area, making it an ideal family vacation home.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double size bed. Bedroom three has twin beds.

The pool area features outside seating perfect for an enjoyable day relaxing in the sun. Fully enclosed pool screen and private fenced in back garden.

A refundable $150 security deposit is payable prior to arrival.

Strictly no smoking in the villa and no pets allowed.

The local grocery store is just a few minutes away, ideal to keep you stocked with everything you will need during your stay.

The pool can be heated quickly by the gas pool heater for a fee during the cooler months.
