“Great place tp get away from city noises. Cons will be roads are unpaved and takes few minutes to get there due to unpaved road”

The property is gorgeous with so much to do, and take in. To waking up every morning and see Elk and deer in the fields to Unbelievable stargazing!! “It was a super cute place. No staff on site but they were very responsive when I asked a question. I didn’t realize that this location is supposed to be haunted. I found this out from an article hanging in the hallway. We didn’t have any ghost interaction luckily. The room was small but comfortable. We stayed in #4. Pretty quiet except for the morning the staff of the restaurant below woke us around 5am. We slept with the window open so I just closed it to duffel the noise. I would stay there...

“We love staying at historic hotels and this was one of the best. Perfect for a stopover as we drove from New Mexico to California. Check-in was easy. Yes the stairs are steep, and we just left our suitcases in the car. The hotel is beautifully restored and we appreciated all the details of the decor and furnishings. We loved the Best Gals room and watching trains go by. Very charming. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking right in front. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Conveniently located in the downtown area, so food, shopping, gas, was all close and walkable. We enjoyed the shops and the food was good too. For the price, this is a great choice if you need somewhere to stay and about 1 hour or so away from the Grand Canyon. ”
