“Booked this knowing it was cheaper- we just needed somewhere to sleep. Didn't need anything over the top. But never again...WiFi you have to pay for.. room was ok but furniture was pretty rough. Blankets were awful. Staff was a little standoff ish. We were locked out of the building because someone burnt food and the whole floor filled up with smoke. No hand soap or toiletries. Not even a hand towel. The signage said if you wanted to exchange towels you had to pay. No housekeeping. ”

“The property exceeded our expectations. There was communication with the host and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to navigate for a seamless stay. It was a quiet location close enough to the major parks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Florida. The decor was clean and modern, felt like home away from home. ”

You can however purchase a pass to park at the Gulf/Community center over night. Secondly the house is setup with a sliding glass door alarm. A button has to be pressed every trip in or out.
