“The room was very clean, the receptionist was efficient and welcoming, the salads we purchased at the front desk were fresh and delicious, and having a free shuttle bus to and from the Niswonger Center was a great convenience.”

“The tile bathroom and LVP floors in the room were so dirty. The towels got wet from the shower and it picked up all this dirt as the towell scooted around the floor. It’s nasty. They need to mop the floors. The backside of the building has cobwebs and all kinds of other crap on it. Doesn’t look like they power washed the building in years. ”

“The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The shower head had good pressure. We had parking near the door. Staff responded quickly to requests. We did not have the breakfast. ”
