    Sperimenta il meglio che l'area ha da offrire in questa casa squisita con 3 livelli di vita, vicino alla pista di Winterset della zona Timberline SKi.

     

    Il livello principale offre una grande sala impennata, quattro caminetti a gas, cucina personalizzata, sala da pranzo, soggiorno extra con TV a grande schermo e una camera da letto e bagno. C'è una vasca idromassaggio sul ponte posteriore di questo livello. Il livello superiore ha la master suite con vasca idromassaggio e terrazza privata, tre camere da letto e due bagni. Gli affittuari apprezzeranno tutti i dettagli funzionali trovati in tutta la casa. La cucina su misura dispone di ripiani in granito, doppi forni, piano cottura a isola, doppia lavastoviglie e la casa dispone di un servizio lavanderia su due livelli. Il piano seminterrato dispone di un grande bar personalizzato con frigo, tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da air hockey, bar, area soggiorno con TV a grande schermo, due camere da letto, un bagno e un ingresso piastrellato con sci / fango.

    Passeggiata alle piste alpine in inverno; la proprietà confina con una pista da sci di fondo. Opportunità di mountain bike ed escursionismo disponibili in estate.

     

    Gli affittuari di Winterset hanno l'uso del laghetto e dei campi da tennis della zona.

     

    Ottima posizione tutto l'anno con laghetti per la pesca, mountain bike e sentieri escursionistici nelle vicinanze.

Beautiful spot with all amenities needed

Our large group of friends with kids had a great time at the house. Perfect location to hiking and beautiful vistas. Plenty of space, comfortable beds!

so much room for everyone that we were not bumping into each other. Love being so close to Canaan and Black Water Falls. Beautiful area, have been going since the 70's. we loved it! will definitely be back!! Becky and her staff as well as Matt have always gone above and beyond.

Arriving at the rental home was shocking to see litter and sharp metal debris in the front yard of the house. The screen off one of the windows was propped up against the home. The top of the steps are crumbling with pieces falling down onto the steps making for a slipping hazard. The towels were a challenge to find and there barely enough for my family. One of the smoke detectors beeped for our stay, we had contacted the management company but did not get a reply till the morning of our departure. One of the upstairs toilets continuously runs and is very loud. The furniture in the home is very worn and needs to be updated. Various lights inside and outside the home are inoperable. We never ventured out back and could not tell you about the hot tub, except…if we barely had enough towels for bathing. We surely would not have any extra towels for to have used it.

Property is lovely, large and well maintained without feeling cavernous.

Property is lovely, large and well maintained without feeling cavernous. Perfect for our group size (16 with 5 couples) and proximity to Canaan Valley ski was a big selling point. Interaction was minimal, responses from Mountaintop were prompt and succinct. Had a bit of difficulty getting the booking made as our initial booking was cancelled without warning, but ultimately the actual process of checking in/out and getting needed information was easy.

I loved the layout of the house, the game room with bar was awesome. Double ovens and dishwashers! What's not to love? I have worked with Mountain Top Reality for many years. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to see your needs and wants are met.
