“When arrived I stood in the empty lobby for 3-5 min before being helped at 4 pm. Called the front desk multiple times during my stay and never answered. Went down and heard the receptionist laughing behind a closed door for a while before i had to make some sounds so he knew i was out there, there was no bell.Other than that it was an okay stay.
