Nuova elegante casa contemporanea per il relax e le vacanze attive all'aria aperta.



Appartato terreno boschivo di 2 ettari - e si può attraversare sci di campagna, in bicicletta e camminare fuori dalla porta nella Foresta Nazionale di Monongahela.



A 500 metri da Hwy 32, 3 mi. a Davis, 5 mi. per sciare a Timberline, Canaan Valley, Whitegrass XC Center.



La casa è un design contemporaneo con tocchi europei. Gli interni presentano un open space, pavimenti in acero chiaro, soffitti a nove piedi, molte finestre da portare al sole del mattino e del pomeriggio, e nuovi mobili e decorazioni eleganti in tutto.



La cucina dello chef presenta una grande isola, due forni, due lavandini, ripiani in pietra ollare, mobili in ciliegio e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.



Il primo piano dispone anche di caminetto soggiorno e un grande ponte walk-out con vasca idromassaggio. Una sala giochi separata ha una grande TV a schermo piatto, tavolo da ping pong e sedie beanbag gigante FooF. Il primo piano ha anche un bagno completo con doccia.



Al secondo piano ci sono quattro camere da letto - due master suite con bagno privato, e due altre con letti a castello (1 completo + 1 doppia), e bagno condiviso + vasca. Tutte le camere dispongono di pavimenti in acero chiaro e un mix di arredi nuovi e vintage.



Facile entrata / uscita della casa e all'aperto boscoso attraverso la grande sala d'ingresso anteriore ha grandi armadi e panca su misura con cubbies scarpa. Inoltre, il garage adiacente riscaldato rende l'inverno sempre più facile!



Wooded 2. 2 ettari di terreno offre isolamento e sensazione naturale. La Monongahela National Forest è a 200 piedi di distanza sulla strada di accesso adiacente alla proprietà, e ha chilometri di sentieri per lo sci di fondo - provare un percorso di 5 o 17 miglia fino al Blackwater Falls State Park per la cena!

Great location and family property

The location was great. Multiple state parks, Davis, and Thomas are all within an easy, 15-minute drive. The house was comfortable and clean, with a large deck and firepit out back. Lots of ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable during summer temps. The downside was that the grass was overgrown, so we lost the yard space which we were looking forward to having for kids to run around outside.

We loved everything about our stay.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is amazing, the weather was perfect. Even without AC in the house the temperature never got above 72 inside. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything anyone could ever need. The locals are all so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything and we will be back to visit again soon. I loved everything about this property. From the amenities to the location of the house. The view of the night sky is breathtaking. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we have.

I still wonder if there could have been more done about the internet and fireplace while we were there. No one troubleshooted very far. No one offered any further explanations or went the extra mile to help. I was sad my parents left early. with Becky via internet only the person I spoke to on the phone about the fireplace and internet was very kind. the person who came by was amazingly prompt and very polite. Even though they were able to do nothing they were kind about it.
