The Country Nest at Davison

Ranch style country cozy home just north of downtown Davison. It is located minutes from shopping and restaurants but distinctly in the country. No neighbors behind the house, just a hay field. We are about 2 minutes from Sugarbush Golf Course, 30 minutes from Frankenmuth and 15 minutes from downtown Lapeer. Our home is perfect for bridal parties needing a place to get ready for a wedding at Sugarbush Golf Course!
There are 4 bedrooms- one king, two queens and a 2 twin bedroom. Sleeps 8. The two twin bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, next to the half bath. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms, and full laundry room. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. Master bathroom has a walk in shower with seat. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is across the hall from the two queen bedrooms. Towels are provided and are luxuriously oversized and fluffy. Bedding is high quality and features feather duvets. Feather pillows as well as synthetic are available (all with allergy covers). All bedrooms have usb and usb-c plugs in the bedside lamps. There are more of these plugs throughout the house also. All closets have hangers provided.
Home also has full unfinished basement with a pool table. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, bake, etc. Standard spices and oil, sugar and flour also provided. Waffle maker, griddle, kitchen aid mixer, hand mixer, toaster, air fryer, crock pot, cookie sheets, pots and pans, mixing bowls, coffee maker, keriug, and kettle are just a few of the items in our kitchen. There is central air and forced air heat that you control. Our home features instant hot water that will not run out even with both showers going. Large televisions in every bedroom and in the living room with WiFi.
No smoking allowed on the premises inside or out. No parties.
