Western Mn Hunting, Fishing & Family Fun Lodge - Posti letto 20+

Il lodge Maxxed Out è perfetto per grandi gruppi di famiglia, amici o anche gruppi aziendali per riunirsi e dormire comodamente sotto lo stesso tetto!

Situato su 12 acri appena fuori dal lago Lac Qui Parle nella MN occidentale, è un ottimo posto per scappare. Il lodge principale dispone di 9 camere da letto separate, sette delle quali contengono due letti singoli e 2 camere da letto contengono una regina.

La nostra sala giochi situata adiacente al lodge principale ha una camera da letto che può ospitare quattro persone per portare la nostra capacità a 22 ospiti!

Lo spazio

Appena entrati nel lodge vedrete il tavolo della sala da pranzo immediatamente alla vostra sinistra e la cucina appena oltre.

Offriamo una cucina completamente attrezzata che comprende una stufa e un forno commerciali con una grande padella in ghisa con piano cottura che il cuoco del tuo gruppo adorerà! Appena fuori dalla cucina abbiamo una grande griglia a gas a 4 fuochi con molto spazio per cucinare per l'intero gruppo.

Con la tua cucina e sala da pranzo alla tua sinistra mentre entri, guardando avanti vedrai i bagni / docce e girando a destra vedrai la nostra grande sala.

La grande sala presenta soffitti a volta e un camino in pietra funzionante ed è il modo perfetto per rilassarsi in quelle fresche serate occidentali a MN.

Sul retro della grande sala c'è un lungo raggio con 3 camere da letto su entrambi i lati. Ognuna di queste camere da letto contiene due letti singoli.

Sul retro di questo corridoio c'è l'uscita per il cortile e il nostro nuovo mazzo 14x24 che è perfetto per una tazza di caffè mattutino o una serata in cui rilassarsi e condividere risate con il proprio gruppo.

C'è una scala che porta dalla grande sala alla zona soppalcata. Il loft ha un'area comune ed è un ottimo posto per leggere o giocare a giochi da tavolo e ha un corridoio che porta ad altre 3 camere da letto. Due di queste camere hanno un letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto come due gemelli.

Mentre guidi fino alla parte anteriore del lodge e parcheggi noterai un altro edificio alla tua sinistra. Questa è la sala giochi e si trova appena fuori dalla porta principale e 15 gradini a nord ed è una caratteristica molto popolare. Questa area riproposta e completamente arredata è formalmente un garage e dispone di wifi, TV a schermo piatto 4K (perfetta per i giocatori del tuo gruppo), ping pong, biliardino e un tavolo da gioco!

La sala giochi dispone anche di una camera da letto che può ospitare quattro persone portando la nostra capacità a 22!

I had 17 of my friends here for my bachelor party. It was the perfect spot to hangout and play yard games. Communication was great with the property manager and they made you feel welcome.

Great cabin for a guys trip. Only two issues were there were no towels and they scheduled lawn services to be done for 4 hours the one day we were there. Other than that beds were good kitchen was clean and fully stocked.I would recommend.

It was the hand of God working when I stumbled onto MaxxedOut lodge and chose it for our 2021Christmas gathering. My husband died of cancer last December and our family had always gathered at the Dawson Racquetball Club that is now a church so that was no longer an option. Having stayed at many VRBO properties in the past I was surprised to see this property just pop up on my screen I live in Dawson and I had no idea this lodge was even here. A hunter I am not but 25 0f us gathered and truly had The Best Christmas in what had been an extremely difficult year for all of us Graham was so easy to work with and Ashley had fresh cookies just out of the oven when I arrived We have already made our reservations to return in 2022. I would highly recommend Maxxedout Lodge to all

The location was excellent as it gave me and big group a lot of space and the privacy we were looking for. Ashley made the check-in process really easy and was helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to those with larger groups.

The property is nice and neat. It has plenty of beds for a large family or several families. It's in a quiet part of rural Minnesota which we liked. The town of Dawson is an awesome town. They are very friendly and helpful. Ashley did a nice job of giving us a tour and being patient with us when we were running late. Her notebook about local highlights was very helpful and useful. Our stay was delightful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family.

This was a great property to hold a family gathering

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone .Showers were small, but very usable. Loads of room outside for yard games and the new sand volleyball court was great. used it a lot! Game was being renovated and will be really nice when it's done. Overall, a wonderful time and I would recommend it for any large group of people.

Excellent response to any questions prior to stay. Great welcome by the property manager. Perfect for large groups with options to spread out. Only downside was the living room furniture, (time for some new couches and chairs). Otherwise exactly as advertised and will likely return with our annual get together, thanks !

Great place to rent out for the weekend. The rec room was a plus for the teen boys. Great memories were made. Enjoyed using the patio and the bonfire was a plus to use in the evening.

7 couples that became friends in AZ for the winter gathered at Maxxed Out Guides for a few days of golf, fun, eating and a lot of laughs! This place was just what we were looking for and it didn't disappoint! It was great to stay all under one roof and the accommodations were just what we were looking for. You'll be happy you stayed here - I know we were!

Our family had a wonderful time at Maxxed Out Guides! There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for the 22 people in our group! Plenty of room to sprawl out whether indoors or outdoors. The game room was a hit for the younger kids and teenagers. Lots of yard space for games of all sorts! Very private and secluded! Everyone had a great time!! Sara was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this resort for a family getaway! Shay

It was a good setting for our family gathering with kids. Outdoor space to play soccer, baseball and kickball. Sarah was a good host and did well at making sure everything was ready for the weekend and was accommodating. It worked well for simply being able to spend time with family.

Cabin was nice and big, it really did fit all 19 of us. Backyard was great, it dried up in time before our stay and we were able to set up our volleyball net. Firepit was right by the deck so it was easy access. Gameroom was actually very pleasant with the pingpong table and a nice smart TV. The only small problems we had was that the beds were too hard as it is loaded with springs and we would constantly wake up sore all-around our bodies. There seems to be quite some dust as our allergies kicked in whenever we stayed inside. And we couldn't get the oven to work but that wasnt a big deal. Also, the photos showing the lake and fishing dock should probably be taking down or captioned as a nearby lake, because we initially planned for a lake but found out it was actually 15-20mins drive away. Overall, definitely a nice getaway cabin in the middle of farm lands, fits a big group of people as well and great communication with Sarah.
