Ville a Daya Nueva

“A huge thank you to Karel for this wonderful stay at Casa Nero! We had a fantastic holiday in a superb villa, very comfortable, clean, and perfectly maintained. The house is ideally located, close to all amenities (shops, butcher, restaurants, and the beach) while still being in a quiet and relaxing area.A special thank you for allowing us to access the villa well before our scheduled arrival time. We really appreciated this thoughtful touch after our trip. Everything was perfect, and we will...

“The Villa was exactly what we wanted. There were 10 of us. Ranging in age from 1 year up to 64 years. It had everything you need for each age group. It could do with a little facelift as a few things are looking tired but it was very clean and adequate. The view of the sunset over the salt lakes are absolutely gorgeous. Would defiantly stay there again.”

“had a lovely stay at this villa, our party consisted of 9 people with an age range from 22 to 76. Ideal location& very spacious, would recommend this villa especially if you have a large party or two family's as it has two self contained apartments. The grounds are lovely & the pool was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds & seating.”

“Pros: Piscina fantastica Cons: Cuando llegamos tenia bastante polvo la casa y tuvimos que limpiar El horno estaba sucio y no lo utilizamos Y la tele estaba dañada Y la parte de fuera muy sucia”

“Goede voorzieningen, zoals douches, airco, wasmachine, goede keukeninrichting, zwembad, terrassen”

“Pros: The villa was beautiful with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the host was very helpful and answered any questions I asked straight away.”

“The house is very spacious and luxury, it has spectacular views on the shores of Gran Alacant, Alicante and of course the mediterranian sea. The host is very friendly and makes sure you will not have a complaint about anything. It's located on an urbanisation, not too large, quiet and with pool and tenniscorts. We will be back some day for sure!”

“Absolutely amazing home and fantastic owners. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Great parking, excellent location, private pool, zero complaints. So beautiful. Almost want to keep it a secret ”

“Lovely villa and setting and great host !”
