“We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. “Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. “Although the property was nice and the staff were nice the consistency and urgency was extremely poor. When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came. “The road construction was difficult to find with one way directions. Parking lot was challenging to identify and was gated which made check in stressful at night. Faucet and water shower did not work well, faucet and handle need to be replaced. We booked two nights but changed to one night. We are monthly travelers and stayed at many hotels.”
