“New modern accommodation. It’s fresh and clean and right in the centre of town. There are a few things that could do with being better, but that’s just our opinion. If clean modern fuss free is what your after the. This ticks the boxes. Things that could be an issue for some but we managed ok. “The apartment was spotless when we arrived. My daughter has Autism and finds new surroundings difficult to adapt to - she loved her room and the overall comfort and layout of the flat. Everywhere was absolutely spotless and a credit to your cleaners - give them a raise! It was nice to have such a nice place to rest up after our daily trips to Silverstone - I will book again, when we come next. A very big thank you.”

“Beautiful and spacious cottage. So well equipped and the location was spot on. The hosts Ken and Jane were lovely, friendly and welcoming people and the freshly made bread and honey was amazing!Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend at all and would definitely book again if we were staying in the area!”

“We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...

Highly recommend this property to anyone - please note: the property includes a number of stairs and it is a few blocks to shopping etc, so those with mobility challenges may wish to consider this.”

“We arrived a little early and greeted by Pauline who is extremely welcoming and friendly. Our suite (Tailors) was ready and we were able to check in. Everything was immaculate, including the lovely garden which has plenty of seating. Thoughtful provision of milk, orange juice, water, biscuits plus teas and coffee was very welcome after a long journey. Location to the characterful town of Woodstock is perfect, just a few minutes stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants....

"Got in late and left early but the ppl were very kind and efficient The room clean, spacious and not standard. Fascinated by the age of the structure and he well it's kept. If you drive careful getting into their car park. The entrance was not made for today's fat cars. Many have scraped their left mirror on the wall. "
