“Property was clean and as described. Beautiful setting that was perfect for our weekend. We were too busy to fully enjoy the property, but grandkids loved swimming off the multi-level dock. Would definitely stay here again, but next time will bring our boat, and set aside more time.”

“Great little basement apartment perfect for a fishing get away. Surprisingly peaceful for a Memorial Day weekend. Keep your boat on the dock or put in at the boat ramp just down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely look at this place again if I come back to Chickamauga.”

“Very nice garage converted apartment with extra touches. I would have given 5 stars but as we used it mainly for a place to sleep the soda sleeper let it down as it's basically a futon. ”

The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!”

“Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable room perfectly set-up and with coffee/creamer in the room for our convenience. Kathi was so helpful every time we reached out. Highly recommend!”
