UN BUNGALOW CON 3 CAMERE DA LETTO CON TUTTI I SERVIZI MODERNI VICINO AD UN PARCO !!

La mia proprietà è vicino a ristoranti e ristoranti e attività per famiglie. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata per un incantevole parco pubblico a circa 100 metri dalla struttura per gli ospiti a rilassarsi e solo 10 minuti dal centro di Dayton e UD Arena. Amerai il mio posto per l'intimità e la posizione. La cucina è arredata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e il soggiorno è arredato con mobili in stile contemporaneo, una TV a schermo piatto HD da 55 pollici a parete con opere d'arte uniche che adornano le pareti. La camera da letto principale ha un ulteriore bagno annesso e una TV a schermo piatto solo per il vostro relax. Tutte le camere sono arredate con materassi memory foam Queen size Serta Brand per il vostro comfort. Ho anche fornito un materasso automatico gonfiabile queen size per i membri più giovani dell'entourage. C'è una griglia a gas completamente funzionale per barbecue con una sedia reclinabile per intrattenere gli ospiti durante i caldi mesi estivi. La struttura dispone di un cortile recintato per consentire ai bambini di giocare e divertirsi durante il loro soggiorno. Ha anche un garage per auto di grandi dimensioni completamente automatizzato e ha la capacità di ospitare fino a 5 auto in loco contemporaneamente.
La mia proprietà è ideale per coppie, viaggiatori d'affari e famiglie (con bambini) che si tratti di una riunione, matrimonio, laurea o viaggio di lavoro, troverete questa casa ben arredata giusta. Ha 1500 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale e può ospitare una famiglia di 8 persone.

Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything!

Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the large backyard because there was no sitting areas/seating, the yard needed attention and also the cabinet where all the pots were was partially blocked by the stove so it was a little difficult getting them out. I’m not complaining though. We made the best of it and overall it was a good place to stay and we also felt very safe there and had a memorable time!

The house is very clean and comfortable. We had snacks and some beverages provided which came in handy. 15 minutes from the University of Dayton. My 92 year old father came and he could easily navigate around the house with his walker.The bathtubs are slippery though and can be challenging. My suggestion to Paschal is to please check that everything is working. The bedroom by the kitchen- the lamp does not work. And the fan remote in the living room was not functioning.

In town for a family wedding and this home was just what we needed for our family of 6 adults. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to the venue and easy to access. The home was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again if another event brought us back to the area.

3 Bedroom Bungalow

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch. Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner. Lovely home

Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom has a TV and bathroom Nice size kitchen w room to move around in. Nice 4 seating dining table We appreciated the alarm system in the home. It would alert us every time a door was opened Every bedroom had its own A/C unit along w the kitchen/ dining area Nice quiet neighborhood w a huge private fenced in backyard If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again Thanks again Paschal for sharing your home w us !!

Convenient Location

The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable. The master bedroom door and bathroom door both screech loudly when used. Maybe a little WD-40 would be helpful. The location was very convenient for traveling. We were near major routes that would take us anywhere we needed to go.

Perfect for us

We went to Dayton to look for a house for one of our children that has been transferred to the area. This house was great for our use with its close proximity to the freeway. House was fully equipped and worked for our needs. Paschal is a wonderful and available host.

Another trip to Dayton and this was our first choice for second stay. Paschal is a conscientious host and responds immediately to any questions or concerns. college move-in

We stayed at this comfortable home while we moved our daughter in for her 2nd year of college. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and even some complimentary snacks and beverages. Plenty of room to visit as a family. Location was a great quiet neighborhood. Our host was very communicative.

Convenient and nice!

The semi-rural location of the property was quiet and appreciated after family functions. Plus the location in proximity to US-35 made getting everywhere a breeze.Paschal is an attentive and responsive host, but leaves you to enjoy your stay in peace. Thanks! Spacious and good neighborhood

The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!
