    The Spacious Clover Cottage has all new furnishings, living room, Dining, Fully appointed Kitchen, Master Bedroom with walk in closet, desk & chair, large bathroom with shower & bathtub, laundry room with washer & dryer, iron, basement with hockey table, outdoor furniture, privacy fence & yard.

Cute Little Cottage, Perfect for Staycation

A friend and I stayed at Clover Cottage for a 4 days and 3 nights for a birthday celebration. It was so cozy, warm, and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable. We loved the short walk to Ghostlight cafe, and there are plenty of other great places nearby as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great Communication

The cottage is perfect for a single or couple getting away. The kitchen was very well equiped with everything you could possibly need, even common spices for cooking. The info binder was well put together with clear expectations for visitors, as well as brochures and info for local restaurants and attractions. Excellent hosts, and I would be happy to book with them again.

Very nice!

We were a little sketched out by the neighborhood but once you open the door the house inside is BEAUTIFUL. Fresh and clean and well managed. Owners were very prepared and own multiple properties. Would be very happy to stay in one of their properties again.

For UD family weekend, we stayed at the charming Clover cottage. It’s a cozy little place with a welcoming atmosphere. The home was not only clean and well-maintained, but also featured an incredibly comfortable bed. It’s located within a reasonable walking distance to the UD campus and just a block away from ghost light coffee shop. The host was excellent promptly responding to all our messages. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great little house!

My wife & I came into town for the Eclipse. We found the home to be perfectly, spotlessly clean. It was the perfect size for 2 people. We really appreciated the water left in the fridge & snacks available. We had brought our own Kourig coffee cups, but those were stocked as well. The kitchen was well stocked, even had some spices. (No dishwasher.) The bed & pillows were super comfy!! Great, convenient location, however a bit noisy as there is a trucking company down the street, but overall was a great experience. I would stay there again & recommend it.
