Hot tub was closed pool was worse than ice water mold in our bathroom shower leaks from ceiling front desk guy hard to understand wifi sucks very slow will not be back place wasn't worth over a 150 bucks a lot of ppl who rented rooms had issues with getting rooms they had a hold on.

First of all, the image of the room was nothing like the one I was assigned. The staff was great. The conditions of the hotel lacked the quality for the price. Waking down the hall I noticed dirt on a lot of the doors. In my room I noticed hairs in the bathroom sink, hairs on the toilet, mold in the bathroom in multiple places over the bathtub. The covers and sheets on the bed had brown spots on them, I request three different changes to them. I kept hearing a sound late at night. I thought it was someone trying to get into the room, but it was the squeaky floor for the room above me. Last thing, I could feel the coils from the boxspring on my back while sleeping. This is my first time booking a hotel room through Expedia. I'm going to go back to the way I did it before, I will have better luck and getting a good quality room.

Staff was good, property was dirty and pool/hot tub were closed indefinitely with no advanced notice. "Breakfast" was very limited and not great quality.

The parking area was dark and dirty. The hallways and room smelled bad. In the room the lamp shades were broken, the chair was badly worn, the entire room was terrible. We did not stay.

Booking here was a huge mistake. I’m making this review after booking, checking in, and having to leave the property. Upon arrival it smells very musty/has a cigarette smell. It looks really run down. Pool area was closed for maintenance which was one of the biggest reasons why I booked it. With being a cheaper hotel, I would expect it to be a little run down but not to this extent. Entering the room, it smells even worse, very muggy and hot, and the room was disgusting. I took pictures and videos. There was hair on the bed, stains on the bed and curtains, smudges on the walls, a broken fridge in the corner, (really glad I didn’t bring my child like I was planning on because that would not have been safe for him!) dirt all over the floor and bed and bathroom floor. The bathroom was disgusting. After a long drive all I wanted was to take a nice hot bath and I did not even feel comfortable doing that. The staff was very nice, the lady was helpful. She offered to get me a new room, which I was willing to do even though I really just wanted my money back and to go somewhere else. She gave me new keys to a new room, I go upstairs, the key doesn’t work. Come downstairs, explain it to her, she gives me a new key, cycle repeats a few times. She goes up to check it, can’t get any help. At this point I’m very upset so I leave and tell her I want to speak to the manager in the morning because that is too much stress to go through, and there is no manager on site. TERRIBLE.

Poor service, poor quality
Was charged a 250 dollar deposit that was no menthoned at booking. Room was somewhat clean and smelled horrible of smoke. I was told after 30 minutes of checking in that i could not get a refund. Reservation never stated that pool was closed for some reason. Attendant was rude and overall i have close to 415 dollars charged to a flippen room i was in for 30 minutes with 2 small kids.

This hotel was filthy. The room at check in the shower had hair all over the bottom, the toilet was not cleaned. The bed cover had what looked like a large coffee stain, the pillows themselves were yellow, one pillowcase had a dirty shoe print, and the curtains, were stained. In the hallway on the secon floor the window ledge was covered in dust, someone had drawn in the dirt. The pool and hottub were closed, no one told us at check in. Sunday morning, a homeless man was inside walking around, helping himself to breakfast, the person working the desk didn't speak english well enough to understand that the coffee pot was empty.

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At.
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk made me pay a $100 deposit cash after I already paid for the room. My closet door was punched in, the main light switch didn’t work, and there wasn’t any heat and the system looked very old. I asked for another room and they said no! I guarantee this place isn’t full up. My bathroom sink was clogged with ramen noodles, and icing on this awful cake, there wasn’t even a wire connected to the room phone. I’m never staying at a Quality Inn again after this.

Will not stay at Quality Inn anymore.
All the bedding was stained and dirty. 2 of the rooms had to change rooms due to this. Just overall very dirty.

At arrival I stood in line while the staff tried to sort a scheduling issue. While waiting two men walked up to the desk saying that the beds in the room they just checked into were unmade. I continued to wait but the stench of cigarettes was overwhelming. Knowing this would continue to be a problem and result in an asthma problem from me and my children, I left.

Avoid this place
Frontdesk could not find my reservation. I spent 45 minutes on phone with Hotels.com to get them to convince hotel I had a reservation. Second, the hot tub was not working. Third, I made a wake up call request which was not done - they had no explanation. Fourth, the breakfast was awful. They had no milk and no juice. There was no apology for any of these issues.

On first impressions, the carpets in the hallways and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed on a long time. Front desk clerk was efficient, that was the best part of this property. There was hair in the shower, the bathroom floor had dirty footprints and there was dried lettuce on the bathroom counter. I doubt this room had been effectively cleaned. The bed seemed clean, hopefully the sheets had been changed. The free breakfast was ridiculous, no coffee made, no fruit, only cereal and yogurt. No bread for toast. And a jug of water in the fridge so I’m sure that was tap water. There was a waffle iron but nothing to make waffles with. The pool was dark and over chlorinated. Will not stay here again.

The pool was closed. When I asked about it at 4:00, the staff kept saying they were opening the pool in a few minutes, but that was not the case. They did open the pool after we left to eat dinner, but we didn't get to enjoy it, as it was 9:30 before we got back and the pool closes at 10. The next day, we checked numerous times throughout the day, but the pool was still closed and the staff said that they were going to open it shortly, but we stopped asking after the 2nd trip because they obviously weren't concerned about opening it. The mattress was too firm, so we had 2 nights with very little sleep and no pool/hot tub access. Will not stay here again.

Our room was absolutely nasty! Hairs all over bathroom floor, toilet, and shower. Beyond hot, smelt of urine. Mirrors not clean, sink not cleaned. Toilet nasty. My parents room was the same but I found toilet tissue on the floor by bed with poop on it!!!! Beyond horrible!!!!

Worse night EVER!
The room smelled of mold and stale cigarette smoke. I used to smoke and now have COPD so when I say it was bad, it was REALLY bad! The floor in the tub/shower was weak and I felt as if I would fall through. The pool was closed down so we couldn’t swim or use the hot tub. It was one of the top worse moments’ we canceled our second night due to the conditions. Probably won’t get that night money back but we went to another hotel th at was great. Also, their “breakfast” cold stuff nothing hot. Not even toast. One more thing, th e fridge wasn’t cold enough to make our soda (2-24oz bottles) cool for the next day.

Upon checking into room with my 3 small children, there was a trash can full of bloodied tissue in the bathroom. The toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned off and there was hair in the sink and tub. Pillow cases weren’t clean, and the top covers smelled. I was informed the next day the pool was closed and not opening after they said it would be at check in. It was the worse stay ever in a hotel. I just wanted a local getaway for my babies and it was a disaster. I checked out demanding a refund for the second night.

Upon pulling into the hotel lot there was many people loitering about and smoking. Hotel from the outside seems sketchy. The lobby was not clean and the rooms are dirty and disgusting. And the smell is awful. Fortunately for me I’m only staying one night. I would want to have an extended stay at this hotel.

No remote in the room for the TV. Front desk tried to make a universal remote work but could not get it to work. I tried for about an hour myself following the instructions for the remote. Nothing worked. Front desk is friendly. Staff is friendly.
