Questo noleggio seminterrato si trova in un quartiere a 3 miglia dall'accesso al Lago Chic e al fiume TN (darsena di Dayton). Che tu venga qui per pescare, visita la corte (e la Scopes Trial Play a luglio), gareggiando a Fort. Bluff o visitare il Bryan College, questa casa è situata in ogni luogo. Il vialetto è abbastanza grande per gestire 3 o 4 camion che tirano le barche e il ponte posteriore è enorme (include una griglia a gas). La cucina non è una cucina completa, ma sono inclusi un lavandino, un frigorifero, un forno a microonde, un tostapane, un tostapane e una macchinetta del caffè, nonché stoviglie e utensili.

Vivo al piano di sopra, sono tranquillo e parcheggio di fronte alla casa, quindi gli ospiti hanno il vialetto pieno e il ponte posteriore.

Sei dormirà comodamente. Non fumare in casa e non sono ammessi animali. Con più di sei (non correlati) ci sono costi aggiuntivi.

This is an awesome little place very well appointed woth a 70s vibe and a beautifully view. The owner had left suggestions about places to eat and attractions to see. Bathroom was fully stocked even new toothbrush. The kitchen also coffee, sweetner hot tea and more .

The house was prefect for us. We had small kids and there are even toys , playpen, and other things to help make stay more comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful. We seen 8 deer on the property one morning . Beautiful area. Have stayed twice and will stay again

Very beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood . Furnished very nice with everything you need plus extras ! Enjoyed getting to see the deer early in the morning and in the evening. Wonderful porch with plenty of seats and tables to enjoy the outside . Highly Recommend

The stay was great. Nice and quiet. We sat out on the porch and watched the deer. Beautiful area. Communication with host was easy and great. Definitely recommend and hope to be staying again

positives: Pat was wonderful to communicate with, prompt to reply to messages and very kind. The bedding was clean. The fridge is a good size. The location is beautiful and the amenities were accurate per the listing. Challenges: before arriving we had requested a dehumidifier in the unit. Pat was quick to assure us she would put one in, and she did. The problem arose when we got there and the dehumidifier was not turned on. The place was *very* musty and gave more than one of us a headache upon arrival. We understand that with humid climate there will be some dampness, this was more than “some”. The lights didn’t all work, so it was dark and hard to utilize the kitchenette. We did reach out to Pat and she said she knew about the lights but hadn’t had time for someone to come in a fix those and other repair needs she was aware of. The space was not very clean (spider webs, spiders, dirty floors, 2 cockroaches..). We were *not* expecting spotless by any means (our own home isn’t spotless) and we also understand a cleaning fee is added to the cost of a stay for a reason. We would kindly encourage a more thorough, detailed cleaning job. This space worked for the 2 nights we were in the area, though we would not book here again for our family. I want to reiterate that Pat was VERY pleasant to work with, the space itself would benefit from some deeper cleaning, better lighting and a consistent dehumidifier running.

Little steep getting boat in and out of driveway but doable. Nothing fancy inside it's a basement type area so a bit on the dark side but it suited our needs and price so no complaints here .

We really liked the location. The wildlife in the area was nice to watch as we sat on the deck eating dinner. We were impressed with the parking availability. The host was great and made sure to see if we needed anything..

Location was perfect for our niece's wedding. Recommend home-cooked breakfast at Dayton Bait Shop...name sounds funny but food was great.

We stayed here for a high school bass fishing tournament. The property was just as the listing described. It was comfortable and clean and provided us what we needed to sleep well, rest and get back on the water quickly.

Great property close to Bryan College. We were there mostly at night but the property met most of our needs. Owner was super accommodating and communicated well. If we have basketball camp there again next year we would stay again. I would recommend a dehumidifier but other than that it was a great stay.
