“The staff was very nice during check in. The grounds were just okay. You could tell there are people who live there. I requested a smoke free room after seeing a sign that there were smoking rooms. She told me it was smoke free. Walking in was the worse smell of old cigarette smoke that I smelled all night long. The mattress cover had cigarette burns all over it(yes I checked for bugs). “When entering the room, the air was turned completely off so it was hot, stuffy, and didn't smell the best. There were outlets without outlet covers, stains on the covers and multiple random holes in the wall that appear to have been attempted to be patched. The "breakfast" was mediocre at best, we went at 6:45 and they had muffins as the only option at that time. The pictures did not reflect the actual hotel at all, they are very deceiving. “My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”

“Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”
