Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. The living room includes a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!

This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The primary bedroom also includes a Dozier chair which folds out to allow an additional sleeping area for a smaller adult or child. The prmiary bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The primary bathroom includes a grab bar and low ledge in the shower for those with accessability needs. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
