  • Beautiful Palm Coast, FL Home, Private *heated* pool, hot tub, covered outdoors, doggie area out back, backyard and sides are gated. The house sleeps 6, and is very spacious. Large living room w/ leather comfy couches, 3 pvt bedrooms, large-size master bedroom w/ large walk-in closet, large armoire, vanity counter w/ mirror, pvt bathtub and separate walk-in shower, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms w/ tv's and 2nd full bathroom, full kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster; pool area has full-size eating table w/ umbrella, firepit, and outdoor heater. All bedrooms have tv w/ cable; house is over 2,200 sq. ft. Dining room off kitchen and 2nd dining room off living room, house is air conditioned. Brand new security system recommended by our insurance company and approved by VRBO policy, added August 2022 - feel safe and secure, exterior cameras only, camera bell on front door, with keyless digital access. Quiet neighborhood, flat, great for walks, Wildlife, deer, turkeys, plus. Restaurants, 5 minutes, ocean 4 miles east, St. Augustine 25 minutes. Flagler County LBTR #34011.

Easter in Palm Coast

Wonderful, Relaxing, Beautiful inside and out home to stay. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and Great weather all week. A tropical paradise!!!Very convenient to all historical places to visit and Sunny Palm Coast beaches.Bill and Cam were awesome to communicate with especially when arriving late at night and I looked at the address wrong .Thank you Bill and Cam!

Beautiful home and location

The home was as described. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Located near several beaches, state parks, and not too far to St Augustine or Orlando. We had a wonderful time!

Palm coast get-away

Lovely accommodations, great communication. Easy access to St. Augustine and Flagler beaches. Beautiful pool and lanai. GPS identified two properties with the same address, so be sure to follow the VRBO link for navigation.

Beautiful Home

Love the home, beautifully furnished in relaxing peaceful area. Great amenities through out, more than expected. Private screened in heated pool & Jacuzzi was enjoyed every day of our stay. Only wish we could stay for another few weeks or months ! We definitely want to come back for another vacation.

Poolside retreat

I picked this particular house based on the pictures. The backyard was just as the pictures showed. A fabulous pool with lovely lani and surrounding vegetation. We went from the pool to the loungers for napping over and over again. This house backs up to a green space. So many birds, lizards, turtles, raccoons and herds of deer. Inside the house is comfortable like being at Grandma’s house. We really needed to unwind and this was the perfect spot. Owners are so easy to communicate with. We will go back! Thank you for such a relaxing time.

Relaxing week

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and night between the thunderstorms. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and we seen a family of deer every day in the yard. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

Great family home

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We found this home to be very comfortable, and it provided plenty of space for our family. The living room had lots of seating as well as floor space where our grandchildren could play. We used the pool and hot tub nearly every day. The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood near I-95, making it easy to get to stores, restaurants, anything you might need.

Wonderful VRBO

We rented this property for 4 months over the winter. The place was very clean, in a great area close to restaurants and shopping. My husband and myself are seniors and we travel with our 2 small dogs. The owners were very accessible and helpful throughout that time. March was beautiful weather and we were in the pool or hot tub every day during that month. Highly recommend this property.

Don't know how it could be better

Communication with owner was superb. All our questions were answered immediately. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The heated pool was a marvelous bonus. For us, the location suited us well as we were close to one of our sons who lives in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Florida in the future. Thank you, Bill and Camilla, for a lovely stay.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The house was as pictured. It was such a lovely and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed two weeks of total relaxation! My husband and I enjoyed our daily walks, plus the pool and hot tub! Bill and Cam were super on any questions I had and told us to let them know if there were and problems….which there were not. Check I. Was a breeze. This is truly a great place to stay!

Exceptional home and owners!

Home: Very ready to move right in; well-furnished,; great privacy even though in a neighborhood; new hot tub; lovely heated pool; wonderful fenced yard for my dog (and me) with a backyard along the creek. I didn't need anything extra. Owners: Extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any question. They stay here for extended times, so they have it as their home, which means I felt right at home. I'm already looking at dates for next year's visit.

Better than expected

When we arrived from a long drive we wanted to kick back in the pool, but then we had to spend nearly two hours trying to clean up the bugs that formed a layer on the surface. We’ve never seen so many dead insects in a pool when on vacation. I was offended the owner condescendingly suggested we did not know how to use a net to clear bugs from the pool when trying to explain with images what happened, and the bugs kept multiplying. Finally a handyman was sent to us, who changed the pool filter and fixed it, but by the time he left that night (9:30/10PM) we were too exhausted. It made us feel like we lost our first day. The owner offered us an extra day or two to stay — not as compensation because of this but only because somebody canceled (and for a discounted price). We were surprised when another pool guy showed up two days later despite being told he would not until later in the week. Then he proceeded to dump chemicals in the water and merely pretended to stir the pool (seriously, just waved the skimmer over the water while I watched), which led to us having to do so for the next 15 minutes. The house was clean when arrived. However, my son did get something sharp stuck in his foot walking barefoot in the kitchen that turned out to be someone’s pink acrylic nail (neither of us wears those). The master bed gave me back pains that still haven’t fully gone away. The owner needs to take new pics because we were expecting to see a lot of clutter. We spent a relaxing vacation once the pool issues were resolved. I rated a 4 overall because a lot of the clutter (a lot of broken items that were around the pool previously) was still in eyesight outside the pool enclosure. This house has great potential, and we would consider staying again. We saw a lot of wildlife. We spent the majority of our time outside and would suggest fixing the lighting in the pool area as well as the locks on the enclosure. The WiFi needs an upgrade since we had connection issues no matter where we were on the property. The security cameras posted all over the outside of the house were unnerving since we did not know about them beforehand, but the handyman told us they weren’t hooked up yet. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Excellent vacation spot
