Newly renovated direct Oceanfront w/private balcony on 1st floor. Walk right out to pool & beach from your private patio. 1 bdrm w/king bed, new sleeper sofa, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen w/2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, convection one, cookware & utensils, 2 wall mounted Smart TVs. Directly across from Bellair Shopping plaza w/grocery store, Dollar Tree, retail shopping & restaurants. Outdoor pools, indoor pool & hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, off street parking. Cable TV and WiFi

This unit is located in a resort. We are private owners and are at the mercy of the resort for decisions on the amenities. We have no control over the staff or any interaction with staff. The front desk does not offer assistance with this unit.

We are conveniently located being 8 miles from The Daytona International Speedway and Airport, an hour to Sanford airport, 1.5 hours to Orlando International Airport, an hour to Saint Augustine, about 2 hours to Disney. Ponce Inlet is located about 20 minutes south of us and boasts waterfront dining, fishing excursions, water sports, Marine biology center, historic lighthouse and park.

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Great for a short getaway

We were looking for a nice, quick getaway on the beach and found what worked great for us! Donna was great to work with! She was very upfront about the amenities around the unit not being available. The unit itself was very nice and clean with everything we needed. If you want the pool and amenities then this would not be for you but if you’re just looking to relax and sit on the beach for a few days, I don’t think you would be disappointed!We would definitely book with Donna again!

Great location to Main Street, loved waking up to the ocean. Was able to check in a little earlier and really enjoy the space. Cant wait to see how the pool area will look like when it is finished.

Just the Best

We made a quick, spur of the moment trip to this little slice of heaven and it was just what we needed. It is decorated beautifully, and oh so comfortable. Donna is awesome to work with and we'd stay there again given the chance!
