The linens were dirty and many hair follicles were seen. They were either not properly cleaned or not cleaned at all. The service was not as friendly as expected from a Comfort Suites and the response rate to requests were very slow at best. Also there was a language barrier as most of the staff did not speak or converse adequately in English.

Easy access from I95, and to local events. Very clean and friendly. Parking could have been better, but it was a busy weekend, so understandable.

Stayed here a week ago for BCU graduation and I must say that this was a very decent hotel. Pricey but I figured that was due to events happening around town. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Pool and pool area was very nice as well. Cons: no parking at the hotel after dark. There’s a hotel literally a few steps away from this one and their guests took up a lot of the parking on all sides. I had to park in another hotel far back from this one for the night. Sketchy stuff was happening but my family waited for me to park. Hotel staff was NOT friendly at all. Lady at check in had a little nice/nasty attitude during check in and then the overnight guy was the same way. I knew it wasn’t just me when my family told me their experience with check in and asking them questions. Overall it was clean and I would stay again

Check in clerk did not acknowledge me for a good 4 minutes, I realize he was checking in multiple rooms from a bus but he could have at least looked up and said I’ll be with you as soon as I can (I am patient when I see this). Our room had so much dirt, dirty women’s pad wrapped in toilet paper under vanity, staple that my 2 yr old almost stepped on w/ bare feet, old stale food on floors, stains from who know what, empty water bottle on floor by bed, and much more. Will never stay there again. Sad because we were celebrating the adoption of our little girl on 4/29 and it was marred due to our filthy stay. I would give the whole property 1/2 star if I could. I told the front desk clerk all this and he didn’t seem to care. Didn’t even offer to have someone go up and reclean.

A very nice stay with the exception of two things. First the parking is terrible. We had to park in the very back (past Comfort Inn, past Days Inn - in the parking lot for a third hotel) and then worry about the vehicle being towed for being parked at a different hotel. Secondly, they need to work on their breakfast. The food is crammed in a tiny room and you have 4 floors of guest on top of each other. But like i said, a very nice stay other than that.

Nice renovated hotel and rooms but extremely noisy due to nearby bridge on I-95 where trucks downshift throughout the night preventing you from sleeping. I wouldn't stay there again. Room windows not of sufficient quality to attenuate noise from I-95

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. However, we would have liked a bit more soap and shampoo. Very little was provided and there was not enough shampoo for one of us. Also, I noticed a coffee maker in the room which was nice. I decided to make some coffee, however, there were no filters that you needed and no cream or sugar. Other than that, our stay went well and would most likely return back. Thank you.

Dirty and roaches
We found rouches in the room, the sofas were dirty is a shame because the hotel looks renovated but not in good condition. When we opened the extra bed (sofa) there were a lot of garbage behind. In do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very good up to date property, the only problems was the shower enclosure handle was missing on the outside, they told me it was on order. The breakfast offerings in my opinion were horrible but it's pretty standard across the board with complimentary breakfast. The door to the room allows a lot of light into the room.at the bottom and the fire alarm was flashing constantly for those who like a dark room to sleep.
