Questo è veramente uno dei condomini di efficienza più belli di Daytona Beach. La vista da questo (ottavo) piano, l'unità diretta sull'oceano è spettacolare!

Il complesso condominiale confina con un parco sull'oceano con tavoli da picnic coperti, angolo cottura e area giochi per bambini.

Harbour Beach Resort è stato sottoposto a un restauro multimilionario completato nel 2010. Oltre ai miglioramenti estetici, il complesso ha sostituito tutti i balconi, le ringhiere, le porte scorrevoli in vetro, le finestre e i condizionatori d'aria.
L'unità 804 ha installato una nuova pavimentazione in legno massiccio, pannelli bianchi lucidi in boiserie, modanature su rotaie per sedie, nuovi sedili e sedie in pelle,
Nuova suite camera da letto in vimini e nuovi verticali. Sono stati installati i nuovi mobili da cucina "Cottage Style", nonché una nuova gamma superiore liscia, un frigorifero full size, un forno a microonde e un ripiano per piastrelle.

8th floor ocean front view was beautiful! Nice balcony seating that also overlooked the pool area. Pool water was very comfortable and the hot tub was great! Easy access to the beach too. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect top floor ocean view. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. Nice kitchenette perfect balcony spacing. Decor was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. We had the best time didn't hear the neighbors unless on balcony. Perfect location to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Bill was a great host very quick to respond and thorough in his responses and requirements. Ease to beach was perfect so easy. We didn't have time to get in pool. We stayed at the beach mostly then did early dinners. Thanks for a great stay in Daytona!

This unit is perfect, well-equipped, communication is very easy and direct with the host and he was extremely accommodating in working with me when weather caused multiple flight cancelations. Location is great, safe, close to everything. Would stay again.

Nice hot tub, pool, game room. The room has a beautiful ocean front view with balcony and the room was clean and had evening we needed. Bill was quick to respond when we needed help with questions and we will definitely be back! I truly enjoyed staying here for my birthday. We love Daytona and this was close to everything we wanted to do!

Host was great ! Good communication and great welcome email with all pertinent information about door codes parking and access to amenities. Condo is in a great location plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Full oceanfront view from balcony for beautiful sunrises and great view of sunsets from the entryway which faces west ! I wish all owners were as well organized and professional as the owner of this condo.

Great Location and View

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The unit was clean and well equipped and met our needs. Check in was easy. It was a perfect place for long walks on the beach and to restaurants etc.

70th Celebration

From first finding this VRBO and communicating w/ the owner, all went extremely well - owner is/was very detailed in directions etc. There was not one issue at all, just followed owners instructions. This was a home away from home only better! The view was spectacular and we were extremely lucky with the weather - I will probably be back in the fall or next spring - and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for a very relaxing stay!!

Great communication very the owner. He responded to all my questions very quickly and accommodated my requests. The property is in a great location, the view is beautiful. Cold AC, big TV, functional kitchen. My daughter is 3 and was OBSESSED with the pool. She cried her eyes out when it was time to leave. We will certainly rebook.

Spectacular!!

This is our second stay in this unit, and it’s even better than the way I remembered! The unit is newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. The balcony is on the eighth floor and overlooks the ocean. Sunrises are spectacular. The owner is responsive and always available. The check-in process was smooth. The owner provided us with a welcome message that made everything so easy. The unit is walking distance from the pier and Oceanfront restaurants. I highly recommend for anybody to come and stay in the spectacular paradise.
