Splendida vista sull'oceano di Ormond Beach

Questa splendida struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia si trova a soli 20 minuti dalla Daytona Speedway e 90 minuti dalle attrazioni di Orlando e Disney. L'unità ha due camere da letto ben arredate e 2 bagni.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e TV via cavo con vista panoramica sull'oceano.

Apri le porte scorrevoli in vetro alle dolci brezze oceaniche che ti faranno cullare di notte o uscire sul balcone e guardare il sorgere della luna sull'oceano. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno completo e una cabina armadio extra large.

La seconda camera da letto è decorata a tema nautico. È arredata con due letti matrimoniali. Ha una grande cabina armadio extra con un letto pieghevole fornito per un ospite in più.

Viene fornita biancheria extra per entrambe le camere da letto con un sacco di asciugamani e salviette per i due bagni. Il secondo bagno ha un'ampia cabina doccia.

La cucina ristrutturata è completamente attrezzata, proprio come a casa, con tutto quanto segue:
Forno a microonde, forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero / congelatore con fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Tostapane, caffettiera, frullatore, pentole / padelle e piatti, ecc. Sono inclusi.

Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare quattro persone in più c'è un bancone della cucina con 3 sgabelli da bar per ulteriore spazio per mangiare.

Il soggiorno è arredato con gusto con divano, 3 poltrone reclinabili e un centro di intrattenimento con TV via cavo (schermo piatto) e DVD. Ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che accedono al balcone e alla vista sull'oceano.

L'unità è arredata in modo confortevole ed è stata recentemente ristrutturata.
Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto nella zona giorno e in entrambe le camere.

Dalla comodità del balcone, divertiti a guardare i pellicani che volano o si siedono sulle alte sedie del patio e guardano l'alba sull'oceano.

Potresti anche scorgere i delfini che nuotano o le tartarughe marine che nidificano nelle vicinanze!

Per comodità, una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard si trova appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso in un ripostiglio chiuso a chiave, solo per uso personale.
L'unità dispone di Wi-Fi e telefoni con lunga distanza gratuita negli Stati Uniti e in Canada.

We had a great time!

Owners were so nice. We had our own parking space in a lower level garage which was nice considering the heat. They have everything you need. It was very clean. Highly recommended.

Recent Ormond Beach visit

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, as well as plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable air works great however it would have been nice to have smart TVs and a little bigger TVs in the bedrooms. We were able to sit and watch dolphins on the balcony.. the only downfall for us was the washer and dryer being outside of the unit a little inconvenient but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

The condo is very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location with beachfront access. It's a quick drive down to downtown Daytona. The sound of waves all day is awesome too. Owners also had a binder with take-out menus for restaurants, and they were very helpful when we asked about a specific place to eat! Definitely would stay again.

Lovely place!

The beach view was wonderful! The condo clean and comfortable. It is quite dated, but very clean. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of towels albeit they are a bit worn. Easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Ormond was the perfect place to start our summer vacation. The views were spectacular and the condo very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out on the beach as it was not overly crowded. Owner was quick to respond to my questions and greeted us at the door to show us around. Plenty of beach toys and chairs to use and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing your place, we would definitely come back.

Nice Place and Location

We were in town for a death in the family. This place was as advertised. Very clean and spacious for my wife and I and two adult boys. The location is great with beach front and access to Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach (and Daytona if you want). Unit has everything you need. The best part is the sound of the waves crashing! Great family vacation

John & Linda are the most accommodating hosts. Their condo is clean, spacious with all the comforts of home. It was so nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of shower & hand towels available for use. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a coffee maker that features a carafe and single, k-cup pod. It is a family friendly environment, and I would go back in a heartbeat! Nice stay

The property was exactly as described. The balcony has the best unobstructed view of the ocean. It was a convenient place to stay while attending the Rolex 24 at Daytona but without the traffic. The only complaint was fireworks being lit on the beach behind the condos well after midnight one of the nights we were there. I think that was an anomaly because every other night was so quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Comfy, peaceful and clean!

We were staying in the area to attend a music festival and this unit fit us perfectly! The unit was a little piece of paradise for our stay. Good location, quiet and peaceful. The furniture was comfortable, the amenities were nice. There was everything we would need to go to the beach or pool. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and made us feel right at home. The only thing I would change is to have stayed longer. We hope this unit is available the next time we come to the area but would understand if it isn’t. Thank you for making our stay so nice! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect vacation

The condo is lovely and it was very clean upon arrival. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and they answered all our questions. We had everything we needed inside the condo for the beach and cooking for the week. There are grocery stores conveniently located and activities in the area. Please pay attention to signage in the common areas about rules and expectations. There are people who live there full time and I witnessed some residents aggressively call out guests for not following those rules. They are easy to follow.

Great Place to stay with Nice Views

This was not our first time staying at Ormond by the Sea but it was our first visit to the Van Lee. It was a very nice, quiet place located on the no-drive part of the beach. The closest life guard was about half a mile up. The pool was kept clean as well as the hallways. The room was fine. The views from the balcony were good. The guest bedroom had two full beds which was great. The master bath is a little outdated but we aren't at the beach to spend time in the room anyway. There were two elevators for fast service, plenty of carts to help you take your luggage and/or groceries to the room. Security is tight. You need a key to get into any door or gate. I tried to take the stairs up from the parking garage (you need a key to get into the stairwell). If you go to the pool, you need a key to get back into the building. Access to the beach also requires key entry to and from. I have to problem with safety but there were several times on the trip when the key wouldn't work and we had to walk around the building by beach access to get to the front door. Maintenance was pretty quick at getting it corrected each time. Overall, the stay was excellent and I would definitely return again.

Dazzling But........

Positives,.....Dazzling view from the balcony, Yes it is Dazzling, King size bed, Extra Large two bedroom condo, Well-stocked kitchen, Washer and dryer, Underground parking, Manager available Monday through Friday, Condo located right on the beach, Publix half mile away. Now for the not so good,..... The condo was picked up, but not clean, we left it cleaner than when we arrived. (I would hire a new service) The kitchen has been newly renovated with countertops and cupboards, but still has an old refrigerator, the same one I have, that is 25 years old. The living room furniture is old & stained, I had to put a sheet on the couch to sit on it and chose not to sit on the other furniture, which was already covered. (Because Covers were dirty). TV cabinet is an old pressboard cabinet that the glass doors were removed. Bathrooms are dated, although it does look as though they were recently painted. Master bedroom has a king size mattress, that’s the good part, the mattress pad has multiple stains, (yes, I changed the sheets before I left and noticed this) and the carpet has multiple stains. To some it up,.....Some of this can be corrected from a new cleaning service, but some items need to be replaced. Lastly, ........ I was told multiple times by the owner and have received two emails from VRBO, saying my large deposit has been refunded. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since our trip and I have yet to see it. This is the first time we used VRBO and have to say, we are a little disappointed with the overall service.

Great place !!!

Everything you need on vacation. The condo had all bases covered, everything you could need for comfort and to enjoy your stay. There is a Publix close. Great beach area ,and pool area. I can't wait to bring my family back again.
