Monolocale fronte oceano splendidamente decorato con bagno completo e angolo cottura completamente attrezzato. Situato al 4 ° piano con splendida vista sull'oceano e piscina recentemente rinnovata. Spazioso monolocale, recentemente rinnovato, affacciato direttamente sull'oceano. Parcheggio custodito gratuito a 2 livelli.
Confortevole letto matrimoniale Perfetto per 2 persone, divano letto estraibile disponibile per ospitare 4.
Cucina nuova di zecca, è dotata di frigorifero, doppio fornello, microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tutti i piatti, utensili, pentole e padelle.
Appartamento include lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare, sedie a sdraio. HDTV da 32 "pollici include oltre 60 canali, lettore DVD, assortimento di DVD e WiFi sono inclusi per l'intrattenimento.
L'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale nel cuore di Daytona Beach, a pochi passi dal lungomare di Daytona, dal parco acquatico di Daytona Lagoon e da numerosi ristoranti e negozi.

Great building! New pool and the new carpet in the hallways are a great improvement. Great view, comfortable bed, hot shower. Only thing that was lacking was the fridge was kind of small. Would absolutely stay there again.

Nice condo for a short stay

As described the unit is comfortable and small. It's on the east side of the 4th floor. It does have a nice view of the ocean, in fact the balcony looks directly onto the ocean. The building is on the older side. Access to the unit is via an elevator on the west side of the building. It's not a huge walk, but it would be nice if the closer elevator was accessible and not behind locked doors. The unit itself is comfortable, although the bed has seen better days. It's well equipped with dinnerware and cookware. The host is very responsive to any request. via an elevator

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of the ocean. The carpet in the hall going to the unit was nasty and had a horrible smell. The unit itself was okay….stained sofa, with dirt behind and under it. Owner charged extra$100 after I got home said”hot iron left on wood table causing damage”, I distinctly remember unplugging the iron and not putting it up so it could cool but she had pictures (maybe cleaning people laid it flat) so I guess I’ll pay and sit the iron in the bathtub to cool in the future. If you want a great view, this is the place.

Perfect for Our Purposes

We were in the area to see family and to explore Daytona and the surrounding towns for a future move. This condo was perfect for our purposes. The lack of a pool or direct beach access was not a concern for us. It is an older building that is definitely showing its age, but the unit is well maintained and very clean. The direct view of the ocean is great and we enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunrises. Communication with the host was top notch and accessing the unit was simple. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This was our first time to Daytona Beach so we didn’t know what to expect. We flew in for the Daytona 500 so the studio condo was fine for the long weekend as we didn’t spend much time inside. The location was great and right on the beach and was within a short driving distance to many restaurants and shops. The check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive!

Check in and out was super easy. There were lots of parking spots. The location is not far from anything so we walked almost everywhere we went. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the kitchenette and found everything I needed so we could dine in if we wanted. The view was amazing!!!! I had a few random questions to the host and she answered within an hour. I would book this again in a heartbeat.

The unit was super cute, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Daytona.

Property served our needs!! When I booked the property the pool was still there and do to the hurricane it is now out of service. I also booked it because the listing said two bathrooms which it only has one. Owner is very responsive and I appreciated her honesty. I would stay here again and hopefully they will have the pool back with stairs to the beach!

Cute & Clean

We made our reservations last minute but that wasn’t an issue. We arrived and the studio sized condo was very clean and cute! We loved it. It was in a good location and we had a great view of the ocean. The only complaints we have were that the condo was under construction and there was constant noise. Jackhammers literally all day busting up concrete as they were repairing the concrete in the garage. There was only one elevator and it was SUPER SLOW. The room itself could use a new futon or pull-out bed as it’s pretty small but the kids managed on it. And it would be awesome if it had a bigger refrigerator. The pool needs a major cleaning as there is a lot of algae growing! It’s an older building but the room itself was so cute. Everything else was great. We would stay again but maybe not with the kids—just minds small.

Great rental

We enjoyed our stay very much. Has everything needed for a great vacation. You can't beat the view and access to the beach. Only complaint. The mattress and pillows have lived out their usefulness. Time for a replacement.

Great location right of the beach and walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and the pier. Great communication from the owner from the beginning to the end. Thanks again for making early check-in available to us.

All about the view.

The building was a little dated. I knew that going in. The room was as described. Leave the back door open and you are watching the waves. I spent 3 nights there. Would recommend staying there. Don't go in looking for a 5 star hotel.

You cannot beat this location!!!!

Absolutely spotless condo, it provided anything needed to cook with, towels, bedding, pretty much anything you'd need during your entire stay. The view from the balcony is unmatched and it was the easiest access to the beach you could ever imagine, steps from the pool. I felt very safe, all of the residents were very sweet and the staff you’d run into every once in a while we’re awesome too! The ONLY suggestion I have is I would rather pay a fee for access to the washer and dryer in the room.... wet towels add up quick! 10/10 will definitely be back to stay here!!!
