Outstanding Stay — Beyond Expectations!Our family stayed at this beautiful home over Christmas week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was spotless, extremely comfortable, and spacious. The décor was well done and very relaxing with a beachy feel!The layout of the home was incredibly spacious and well planned, with nice patio decks that we enjoyed every day. It was clear that the hosts put great care into ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable and memorable stay.The location simply could not have been better. We loved having easy access to fantastic restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful New Smyrna Beach. One of the biggest highlights was being able to rent a golf cart, which made getting to the beach, stores, and dining both fun and convenient. The 2 car garage was a nice bonus for e-bikes and golf cart!If we could give this property a rating higher than 10, we absolutely would. We would not hesitate to book this home again and are already looking forward to a future visit. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach!

Condo was amazing! Had everything you needed and more! We didnt use the pool. Super close to the beach and great places to eat! Very clean- sad to leave! We will be back! Owners are great!

Amazing! Better than 10/10!!

Huge space and we loved the beach style decor! We came here for a wedding in town so there were several other families and friends staying nerby and we definitely had the best location, size, features, etc. We stayed as a family of 4, plus my parents and we had plenty of space. The master suite was great for my husband and I, felt like home. My parents enjoyed having the ensuite in the second BR and my kids, both under 10 had plenty of room. The kichen was well appointed for us to cook meals and breakfast every day. The upstairs area is HUGE, open to the dining, kitchen and living area. We walked across the street to the beach to see the sunrise, they also have plenty of beach supplies. You can't go wrong here. (this is my honest review, Ive had some interesting experiences so this was a win!)

Perfect location

Property location was perfect, it's near many restaurants & also the historic downtown with a quaint shopping strip & more restaurants. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean, very spacious, & gorgeous. We enjoyed it so much!

Great spot, perfect house

We had a great time here - the house has a lovely large living area with a great space for having our local family stop in, and huge sectional and TV which came in handy on rainy afternoons. It is very walkable to the beach and had all the things we needed - a pop-up tent, chairs, pool noodle, kids sand toys, and a beach wagon. The A/C worked great (summer in FL, y'all) and the beds were comfy and having 3 bathrooms was very helpful too.

Great Place!

This place was great. It was clean and comfortable. We traveled with our three small children and it was a perfect set-up. Host was super responsive and very thoughtful (leaving wine for us and Easter chocolates for our kids). There is a small(ish) pool just a few steps outside the door and beach is directly across the street. The condo is very well appointed for anyone who is constantly cooking for small kids. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, and cookware. Highly recommend.

Simply Perfect

Our family of 5 (which includes three small children under the age of three) stayed here for over a week during the Holidays and it was absolutely perfect. The property has tons of space so we were all very comfortable. It is located directly across from the beach which allowed us to walk over most days or if you choose you can easily drive on at the access ramp. There are several restaurants options and a grocery store conveniently located right down the street. Overall our experience was great and the owner was beyond accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property. We look forward to hopefully booking it again in the future!
