PLEASE NOTE: This Horizons building will be undergoing extensive concrete restoration through 2026. Please be aware there will likely be construction noise from the south side of building,(between 8 am and 4 pm weekdays).
Any direct construction has been completed on this unit on the north side of the building.

This true all oceanfront property offers absolute privacy in a building that is key/code entry only, private underground parking and a beautiful oceanfront pool. See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony, complete with outdoor seating. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 5th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Owner Suite-The oceanfront owner suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the king-size bed. Full bath, lighted vanity. -Guest Bedroom 1-The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, Guest Bedroom 2-The guest bedroom features a King size bed. The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a Flat Screen TV with Cable. -Kitchen-"NEW" kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances. There are oceanviews from the kitchen. -The Balcony provides outdoor seating. You can view the spectacular ocean, beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway. There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided with extra sets additionally.
PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront, oceanfront, beachfront and oceanview. They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for Oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW. One reserved garage parking space.

Beautiful!

We stayed for Rockville, when we arrived checkin was easy and fast! The ac was not working properly but as soon as I messaged for some tips to help cool the place down the host called her repair man and had the issue resolved before we got home from dinner!

A beautiful view from a lovely place!!!

This amazing “home away from home” was BEAUTIFUL, clean & comfortable!! The view from our balcony was wonderful! Every evening pelicans flew right past our seaside windows! It was really neat to see them flying so closely!! The beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms very spacious! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts. Overall it was a FABULOUS place to stay! We will definitely come back!! The only drawback was on Thursday, for 4 hours, our water was shut off for repairs. There were a few days with loud construction noises in the condo next door too, was slightly annoying. There was a lot of construction in the hallway to the pool as well, but we weren’t bothered by that too much. The garage inside was a wonderful PLUS! It seemed very safe and secure & on rainy days, a blessing for sure!! Thank you for an overall excellent experience the 6 days we were here!!! We will be back!!!

Just perfect!

Stayed during Daytona 500 week and loved this condo. I cant think of a negative at all. We did have a issue with air unit and the host Valerie took care of it right away. The unit is very updated and has everything you could need. Thanks again Valerie for a great condo.

Beautiful condo

Don’t let the exterior of the building and the hallways fool you….. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, although we asked prior to booking, the outside area was closed so we couldn’t go out and enjoy the views, the windows were streaked, which also hindered the views. There was exterior work being completed and they woke us up every morning by 730.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Pictures and condo description are not accurate. Unit was dirty on arrival including soiled Linens. We were told on March 31st that the construction on this unit was complete and there were no restrictions. When we checked in there was a sign on the door stating the balcony was closed . Construction workers were on the balcony every day starting at 8am. There were no curtains in the living room therefore there was no privacy. Master bed was high off the floor and the walls in the Master were repaired but not completed. I could go on but just wanted to say that if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, steer clear of this place. Reached out to the owner via email on return home and she said "sorry for your disappointment".

Great Location

Pros: I want to start off by saying our host Valerie was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question I had.The location of the condo was perfect. I loved the wrap around balcony. The condo was much larger than I expected. I loved that it had easy access to the beach. Everyone in the building was very nice. Being close to the Boardwalk, shopping centers, and restaurants was nice. Cons: The listing did say there was construction going on but didn't say we couldn't use the balcony for most of the trip. The master bedroom had high windows with no curtains and it wasn't the best feeling seeing the construction guys being able to see in our room. Im not saying the construction guys were being creepy and purposely looking in but while going up in the lift they could see in the room. There was 2 days with no hot water. There's definitely been some water damage but they're doing their best to resolve that. Overall we had a great time other than the construction. It wasn't that big of a deal considering we wanted to be on the beach the majority of the day. I would definitely stay again. I truly feel once the construction is finished that condo will be perfect.

Very spacious condo

Condo was especially spacious. Very clean. Valerie was responsive when a light bulb was out in shower and the master bed was very unstable (wobbly). Those were taken care of the next day. The handyman was friendly and we had a great conversation about education since we both are educators! The noise was unreal from the repairs being done from 7:30 ish to 4 M-F. However, if the owners didn’t ever stay there they probably didn’t realize how loud it is. And of course if you were out at the beach or pool the noise wouldn’t be a problem! My husband and I are older so we stayed in most of the time so that’s how we knew about the noise(couldn’t hear the TV-had to turn it up loud). Also, a bigger downer was that the balcony was not open so we couldn’t go out and watch the sunrise/sunset from the balcony. It was a welcoming view to see the ocean from the condo full length windows/doors though. Overall it was a great condo. All the things mentioned will not be a problem when repairs are finished and over with. Would rent it again with no problem.

Overall ok; balcony closed and loud construction

Although somewhat dated, overall the condo was not bad. We were aware there would be construction work going on around the building, so I can’t complain too much about the loud construction noise going on from 7:30-4:00 each weekday. So if you plan on trying to sleep in at all while on family vacation you may want to look elsewhere. The biggest complaint is that the balcony was closed which was one of the reasons we chose this place. So were weren’t able to sit out on the balcony while to see and hear the ocean which was disappointing. The pool was nice as was the grilling area. The beach was not overly busy and is just a short walk out the back of the building.

Construction

The noise was awful. It was every morning at seven in the morning until four they weren’t even working on our floor and it was so loud. My sister rented the same condo and she had the option of canceling or getting half of her money back due to the loud noise, you couldn’t even have a conversation in the hotel room because it was so loud. I couldn’t even sit out on the balcony until late at night which I didn’t know anything about until I got there. No one informed me about the inconvenience and I also did not get contacted by the renter to tell me everything that was going on like my sister did. I paid full price and couldn’t even fully enjoy the condo.

Great place
