See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony, complete with outdoor seating. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 10th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the Queen size bed. Master Bath vanity area, separate tub and commode. -Guest Bedroom-The guest bedroom features a queen size bed also has direct access to the balcony. -The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated also has direct access to the balcony. Also featured TV with Cable and Remote -Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances. There are ocean views from the kitchen which is fully equipped -The Balcony provides outdoor seating. You can view the spectacular ocean, beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway. There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided .One reserved garage parking space.

Daytona Beach Horizons stay

The property pictures reflect the unit. It was a nice property with plenty of space. The check in process was a little more difficult than I expected. We were able to check in a little early. The property manager thought we weren’t checking in until the next day when clearly our booking was for that day and had been scheduled for months. The air conditioning unit was not working upon arrival and it was about 85 degrees in the unit. The AC repair person was not scheduled to come until the next day. The property manager offered to refund that night but has never responded to messages since. They discovered pigeons living in the AC unit which could have been the problem. This also resulted in the balcony being covered in pigeon poop. The property manager was present when the AC was being repaired and took out a broom but it didn’t help the poop mess. The key to the pool and beach access worked but you had to jiggle it and work it and sometimes it would unlock and other times it wouldn’t. There is construction going on which like noted but it is loud most of the daytime hours. Overall the stay was good and we would probably stay again after the construction is completed with another property manager.

Excluding the construction noise, message included in listing. It was a nice place to stay with great view. The underground parking is nice but one of the garage doors was missing. Would like to see that fixed soon.
