“Check in and check out very smooth. Requests poor. Went to three floors and ice machines did not work. Asked for ice to be brought to room. Never received. First night of stay asked for blow dryer because not one In room. Had an event and left room after an hour and a half. And no use of a blow dryer. Blow dryer was o. Room when we returned four hours later . To me this is unacceptable . ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Riverview. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was a plus. We enjoyed The Grill which is a few steps away. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

“The room was excellent! We loved the space and the view of the ocean. The only downfall was that the balcony was shared with everyone on the floor. I would have loved a little more privacy on the balcony. Overall, our stay was excellent and the check in process was easy!! We would come back and stay again!”
