Welcome to Triton Cay, a resort-style short-term rental experience. Our building has just finished construction. Rentals will be starting on February 1st, 2025.

Our beachfront pool is HEATED so it can be enjoyed all year long.

If you would like daily housekeeping, please send us a message and we will schedule. The cost for daily housekeeping is $75/day.

Our building has interior corridors throughout the property for your convenience.

We have photographed our model unit. Finishes and layouts will vary. Please pay attention to the listing title as it describes which type of view each unit has.

All one bedroom and two bedroom units have a queen sleeper sofa.

We manage 50 units in the building, so we can accommodate larger groups. Please reach out to us for details.

It rained and we had to use towels to clean up the water. Also no key pod was there. No window coverings.

Our condo was not at all like the pictures look on the listing. We did not have one decoration on the wall or even a seat to sit on at the balcony. It looked like someone had came inside and stripped the condo of anything they could take before we got there. Completely empty. Once we arrived we quickly realized the air was broken. Within 5 minutes of check in we reported it and maintenance came and put a large portable unit in the master bedroom and duct taped it to the window. The hose kept falling out and our condo was burning up the entire stay. The portable unit stayed in the condo the whole time! The air was never fixed. Also, they supply 1 washcloth per bathroom! Although, we only had 1 washcloth for the whole visit. The building is like a ghost town…..I do not recommend staying here. We definitely won’t be back and we come every year to this area.

My stay was so warm and welcoming, the place was VERY CLEAN, my children had fun and the company was very attentive with early check in and with directions if needed. Looking forward to my next stay with this company! Thank you so much!
