Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
We checked in early but was told our room was not cleaned yet. We arrived back at the hotel around 11:00 pm after returning from the Nascar Duels. The first thing we noticed was the table having food all over it, the floor not vacuumed, but beds were made. I went down to the front desk but it was closed and no one answered the phone.
We were extremely tired, so we went to bed, as we had no place else to go. When we woke up in the morning we discovered that the bathroom was also not cleaned. no towels, or soaps, dried soap and hair allover the sinks. I then went to the front desk to ask for a clean room and was told "they had none. Said we could not get our money back because we booked through Expedia. the lady at the desk Cora told us to put in a complaint to Expedia but that she could give me back the $10.00 resort fee we had paid in cash. Then said her computer was down so she could not give it to us. we checked out and left very upset and had to find a place to shower and get cleaned up. I did notice on the sheet the desk clerk wrote our complaint on there were 16 other complaints on it just from that morning. This place is so gross and poorly ran.
