This home is perfect for families, groups and guest looking for a spacious flexible getaway. The "Crew Quarters" offers three bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, living room, family room with wet bar and a full gym inside the home. Located just 4 miles to the world's most famous beach, 10 minutes to the airport and Speedway. And for all you bikers, just 4 miles to Main St. Publix is 0.3 miles away so you can grab those pub subs for the beach!
The house sleeps 6 but can accommodate up to 8 people as we do have an air mattress available if needed. There's a separate apartment in the back (Captain's Quarters) where the captain stays periodically. It has its own private entrance so your space remains completely private. There is also a shared laundry room. Owners have a separate entrance to this, again to maintain your privacy. Roku TV with access to Hulu prime video Netflix, and Paramount+. We are located eight minutes to boondocks restaurant and Marina where Rarebreed fishing charters is stocked and ready for your deep-sea fishing adventure.!
