Secured parking in the underground garage includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parked on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

There is a storage unit outside the condo's front door to store your beach chairs, etc. Also, the laundry room is located on the same floor. (not in unit) Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
