If you're planning a getaway to the world's most famous beach, this 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo is sure to become your favorite seaside retreat
Exuding a coastal vibe and open floor plan, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal waterway! A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room offer the creature comforts of home while a 70" SMART TV in the living room, 50" SMART TV in each bedroom along with Spectrum 1 GIG Internet and WIFI system have entertainment covered for everyone in your party. Don’t miss out on catching your favorite shows with Spectrum cable, YouTube TV and the NFL package all included.
Enjoy the views and sounds of crashing waves from the spacious balcony, a perfect spot to relax with a beverage, read your favorite book or spend time with family and friends. The gorgeous and expansive primary suite offers a tranquil place to unwind with private balcony access and a spacious bath features a double vanity with granite, Whirlpool jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a King bed and walk in closet while Bedroom 3 offers both a Queen and Full size bed. Both are spacious in size and feature magnificent Intracoastal waterway views.
This unit is located on the 8th floor offering views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun.

Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner,
or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks.

Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit

Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy

Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July! Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

Elevator was broken during our stay.

Stayed on 8th floor and elevator was broken 8/10 days of our stay and my father has a bad knee and heart. Was not a good situation for him to have to continuously do 8 flights of steps and / or stay in the room.

Wedding Week

Both the view and the condo itself were equally beautiful. The only downfalls to the condo were not having an iron to go with the ironing board and not knowing that we had to supply our own garbage sacks and toilet paper. The biggest flaw of the whole trip was arriving in the middle of the night to find police and the fire department with alarms going off, we then had to carry 8 large suitcases and more bags up 8 flights of unvented stairs. Over all we loved the place and would stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing location

This property was fabulous - it was right on the beach, and had views from the condo. The building was quiet so it was perfect for our young family. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well furnished. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax! The balcony was an added perk!! The surrounding area had great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful, well stocked with kitchen essentials & very clean

Everything was nice except the closet n one bedroom was locked. Wasnt enough space n that bedroom for our clothes. 3 drawers n night stand
