On the right of the entryway, you'll find the charming, updated kitchen. Bead-board cabinetry, grey granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances immediately give this space a luxury look. Coffee-lovers will instantly claim this area as their own as both a Keurig/drip coffee machine and a Nespresso machine with a milk-frother take an average cup of Joe to a craft coffee experience. When you're ready to pair your hot beverage with breakfast, you'll find the kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and any essential you should need.

While you catch up on R&R in the primary, those staying in the second bedroom will find it equally as peaceful. Guests are accommodated with a queen and a twin murphy bed. White shelving, a mirrored closet, and a 25" flat-screen TV complete the room. Nearby is the cheery guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels.

The penthouse is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a laundry room with a full washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, a beach cart, beach toys, a cooler, and books and board games. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome!
