This is a good motel in a decent. Room was clean and it is a quiet. The beach is a pretty short walk so i liked the location. The only issue I had was getting the key out of the lock box. I did get it out eventually but it wasnt easy

The shower didn't feel cleaned, and there were small knats flying around a lot of the time, but overall, it felt very safe and updated to the point it exceeded my expectations of what a nornal motel would be

Very Clean room, parking is very convenient. Walkable beach, so many restaurants that are nearby (walkable). Staff are very helpful. Good place for staycation. Only bad thing I could say, the wifi internet is not that strong.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property. Though the room was small, The room had a very pleasant and clean smell. The room was a little bit damp, but otherwise it had a very clean smell and very safe feeling. We would go back to that again for a great bargain on price and clean rooms.

It is obvious the room was recently renovated. New tile, paint, fridge, microwave, & tv. The room was ready on time, and very clean. I'd recommend this property!

This motel is a nice alternative with the beach only steps away, but without permanent service on site. The room is up to date and offers everything you need. Nevertheless, there were three minor issues: you can hear your neighbors, the chair inside the room was dirty with sand and salt water crusts, and the extractor in the bathroom was visibly not dust cleaned for several months. Other than this, I liked my stay there and would book it again, when I am in the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very quick to respond and accommodate my requests and answer my questions. Very helpful. Great spot to stay two nights. There was some noise in the room next door that woke us in the night. Other than that we were happy with our stay!

Very nice location right across from the beach access and very close to restaurants, shops, etc. The room was filthy dirty in the corners, under the bed, behind the dressers and on the trim. Our room needed a good cleaning and I spent my time wiping the floors right after we arrived.

We stayed two nights and the location. It was an easy to find location with convenient parking in front of the door. The property is a remodeled motel (one level) and has been updated with new flooring, beds, showers, etc. The rooms with efficiency kitchen and updated bathrooms were omfortable and nicely decorated. The facility was clean and the hostess was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay at Daytona Beach while visiting relatives.

loved everything about this place, very clean by our house keeper hailey. the beach is literally across the street very convenient to go everyday. The check in process was very very easy definitely coming back in the summer

Very clean and convenient to beach. Extremely comfortable king bed. Mini fridge/ freezer microwave. You get a little road noise since it’s on the main road but it’s nothing ear plugs won’t fix (it’s really not that bad). That can be overlooked be cause of closeness to beach and very affordable pricing. You won’t have any problems sleeping you will fall right asleep in that bed. I will definitely stay here again when I’m down in the Daytona Beach area again.

Bed linen had some stains other then that the beach was across the street that was good refrigerator smelled really bad like fish if there for bike week and didn’t have a car bus route takes you only so far and you have to walk over a mile each way nearest food store 2 miles or more 7elven is a half mile

Room was very clean, and ready early. We stayed one night and it was fine. We were in the very back room 110 which at night had difficulty finding in the dark. Suggest that it be added to instructions. One additional suggestion would be to add small table so that a beverage could be set when eating Otherwise I would classify this as a very short term stay room even though it had a kitchenette.

Everything was good. Apprehensive about no onsite staff, but was good. Only down side was the vilume on tv did not work. Had to shut off the air to hear tv.

Our room was perfect for our stay – very clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and large shower. The location was great – right across the street from the beach.
