Tiki-tastic remodeled 1st Floor Accessible Beach Studio

POOL IS CLOSED! Most of Daytona Beach suffered similar damage, but many listings aren't disclosing this to you, we feel that being honest with the condition is the best approach, please do your due diligence on the buildings before booking elsewhere. Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp a block away. This unit currently has construction on the new pool, so there may be workers M-F during the day.

Get away from it all with this fun tropical tiki vibe in this ground floor studio condo with wheelchair accessible features. Castaways Beach Resort is an oceanfront building with pool and attached diner.

Wide doorways, lower bed/closet height, and roomy bathroom makes this fabulous remodeled condo the perfect getaway. Patio leads out to the grassy area which has the pool, grilling area, and the dog-walk area. Guests are not allowed pets, but this unit is service-animal friendly with it's great location. Don't book if you're allergic.

Renovated in 2021 with an oversized bathroom with shower grab bars and wider doorways (shower chair and toilet handrails available from storage upon request).

KITCHENETTE: has plenty of new lower cabinets for easy access to all your kitchen needs, quartz counters, and undercabinet lighting. Roomy sink and a portable plugin stovetop with a fridge with separate freezer and a microwave and toaster so you can really enjoy your stay. And yes, a drip coffee maker! All the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy a meal in.

ENTERTAINMENT: new smart fire TV, wifi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles.

22" bed height for easy transfer and lower closet bars for easy access. 36" space around all fixtures and furniture (except left side of the bed by the window).
The building has an oceanfront pool with a lift. Your unit is on the ground floor with a back patio that opens right up to the grassy area and pool access.
Pets are not allowed, however service dogs are always welcome and the pet-walk area is accessible outside your back door.

You'll have private use of your entire studio condo. The building has onsite laundry and a small gym. There's also a diner attached to the building open for breakfast and lunch.
You can have up to 2 parking spaces.
There is NO trailer parking allowed on site. Offsite rental trailer parking is available.

We don't live onsite but are very easy to get ahold of.

Daytona Beach Shores is your relaxing getaway from whatever you seek to escape... our condo is just 2.1 miles from all the Main Street and Pier action, 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway, but quiet enough for a relaxing getaway after you uber home from the action zone. Diner with breakfast and lunch is on-site, and mini-golf is right across the street if you have a competitive streak in you.

Right on South Atlantic Ave, just 2.1 miles from the Main Street action and 5.8 miles from Daytona International Speedway. Easy to Uber around, or rent a golf cart for the day to get around

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

-Please note, we use electronic locks for your safety. There is no key to the back door. Any access will be through the front door.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!
