This beautiful 18th Floor Direct Oceanfront 3BR/3BA unit is located in The Ashley Condominium with South East exposure. The open floor plan offers magnificent panoramic views of the ocean, river and coastline. Relax on the large balcony over looking the Atlantic ocean and beach.

This unit is fully equipped with everything you would need including a beautifully renovated kitchen, all new flooring, washer and dryer in unit, two oceanfront master suites, guest bedroom with full bath and more. The kitchen has a breakfast bar open to the beautiful ocean views and is complete with full size appliances, dishes, utensils, cook ware, coffee maker etc..

The oceanfront master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed plus a large walk in closet, TV and full bath with dressing area and Roman Tub. The 2nd bedroom is also oceanfront with beautiful views, a full bath and walk-in closet. It has a queen bed and twin bed and a TV. The 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds, TV and access to a full bath with shower. All bedrooms and baths are complete with all linens and towels.

The Ashley is a 20 story, direct oceanfront condo with a welcoming three story lobby, three high speed elevators including a glass elevator. Amenities include an oceanfront free-form swimming pool, exercise room, saunas, game room, underground secure parking, penthouse clubroom and resident managers and 4th floor sunset deck. The Ashley requires a 2 week minimum stay.

Great rental and view

We really enjoyed our stay in Daytona for the month of January. The condo is on the 18th floor. The condo was quite spacious. The master bed and bath are quite large. The master has a king bed and a good-sized walk-in closet. It does not have balcony access but has a large window overlooking the ocean. The master bath has a large tub/shower. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. It also has a large window overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom does not have a view of the ocean. It has access to the 3rd small bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The house was very well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. The couches were very comfortable, and the TV set was large and worked well. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area on the dining room table with a view of the balcony and ocean. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The view from the large balcony was outstanding. The balcony had many chairs and small tables to sit and enjoy the ocean. We had use of the garage during our stay. We had a few visitors that were able to park out front of the condo after we got them temporary parking access from the front desk. The laundry room is in the hallway. The Daytona Shores area is beautiful, clean, and safe. We would recommend this rental for couples or families.

AMAZING!!

The condo is absolute beautiful and in the perfect location with amazing views of ocean front and the river. Management could not have been better. Special thanks to Ashley and Sheri for everything! Would love to stay here again in the future and we recommend to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!

Beautiful View

Every morning, we went outside on the balcony and we could see the dolphins swimming. The view was breathtaking and the rooms were very clean. The beach was perfect for our kids and the water was shallow enough for my youngest child to swim in. The pool and the hot tub was also really nice and my kids and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for a beautiful vacation.
